 Not at all impressed by the dramatic presentation.
Typically American? Over-Hype seems to be the universal language now.
Violent.

I do realise that if it is presented too softly it may not get people’s
attention - especially these days. Maybe two versions are required - one
for the more sensitive people!

I wonder how the people who made the documentary are actually living.
Clear and free of judgment? I doubt it.

I think the way we live is more damaging to our health than what we eat.
Zen says: 'It is better to eat bad food with a good mind, than good food
with a bad mind.'  Or something like that.

Having lived for over a year not eating at all (except the occasional
coffee and ice cream) I do know, at least for myself, that what we eat is
not the only answer to our overall health.


As I see it, the way we eat is only a small part of our disastrous
situation.  It is our general way of life that is the basis of how we live on every
level.

As I keep hearing myself say, until there is a complete change in human
consciousness, we ain’t not go’in nowhere. We need to wake up - and love
and support each other in every way we can. Seems impossible eh.

As I keep saying, no other way than unconditional and honest awareness of
ourselves on every level, in every moment. For almost everyone, seems
impossible - doesn’t it?

As far as I can gather, hardly anyone is putting any real devotion into
being conscious - even the readers of IML. Even though we have ample proof
that it is not working, always something more important than being fully
aware and in the moment.

And always the thought: does it, or anything, matter anyway?
