The Near Earth Object passing by our planet on February 15, 2013 is
the same type of event that destroyed the dinosaurs in the Yucatan
Peninsular some 65 million years ago or flattened 1,200 square
kilometers of Russian forest land in Tunguska in 1908. Fortunately,
the Near Earth Object/asteroid 2012 DA14 missed the earth but it
brings to mind just how vulnerable we are if we remain land locked on
planet Earth. It may be time to expand our reality and take our
cosmic destiny into outer space. http://www.futurescience.org
