Does not matter who says it;
Does not matter what they say;
The only thing that may have meaning for you
Is what goes on in you when you read/hear/see what is shared.
Body, emotions, mind.
Whatever the teaching, from whatever source,
Nothing, in itself, has any relevance - without your participation.
The common denominator is you.

This friend in an Iridologist, and does other natural healing techniques, so they were encouraged to incorporate this new facility into their readings. The suggestion was to put ads in newspapers and on notice boards saying that for a short time, free 30 min sessions are available.
The friend said the sessions went well, but they were not sure they wanted to continue the sessions - because they could feel that the people did not want to know anything that stretched their fixed ideas in any way.
Consider this: on one level, most people do not really want change.
Change is a lot of trouble.
What they want is to continue doing what they are doing, the way they are
doing it, where they are doing it, and with whom they are doing it - and
feel better. Doesn’t work that way.
And, deep down, beyond their normal range of sensitivity, they do want to
evolve - we all do. But, as they said over and over in the groups we did
in Brazil: “It is so deef-ficult!”
As we have shared so often - we exist in different levels/layers of
The first level is The Robot. The Robot will not listen to anything
different from what it has already made up its mind about.
Yet, just under that layer there is someone very different - sort of lost,
wanting a loving friend, who understands them - better than they are at
understanding themselves. And, feeling it is all hopeless.
This is the level we need to contact - in ourselves, and others.
Gently, lovingly, and understandingly. (For are we not like that as well?)
The Robot will try every trick it can to divert anything that it considers
threatening - meaning, almost anything new. It will ignore, pretend to
agree, get angry, and hundreds of other tricks - anything not to let
anything in that might upset what has already been decided.
(For instance, imagine you are a famous scientist who has discovered and
dedicated your life to some aspect of science - written text books,
lectured all over the world, Nobel Prize - only to find the basis of your
theory is incorrect! It has/is happening.)
Like every other living thing, I feel we have all been born with a
built-in program - to evolve. It is a expanding energy, and if we do not
acknowledge and comply, that same energy will destroy us. Yes, destroy us.
And it is at different levels with different people - we are all unique.
So we need not only to become aware of this force in ourselves, but seek
to reveal and support it in the people we meet.
We are all unique. We are who we are. When we judge someone we are saying
they are not who we think they ought to be - judged by our own un-manifest
So shall we start being more kind to each other? And ourselves?
Feels as though I am living in a virtual reality… nothing is real.
I have to keep reminding myself of physical reality – especially when
I don’t have motivation.
The old saying: “When hungry, eat; when tired, sleep."
Sleep is easy – I do it all over – often at the computer - but when on my
own, eating is too much trouble - and anyway, rarely feel the need to eat.
A response happens to certain circumstances, but most of the time
everything is so unreal it is hard ‘to take it seriously.’
Especially the behaviour of people.
At one level it seems not to matter what happens – to the planet, anything
or anybody. It appears to me that we are all creating our own reality – it
just seems to depend on how much we ‘put in’ to how much comes out for us.
And as a species I see no great argument for our preservation.
Yes there is a small percentage of very beautiful beings – and they are
gathering their ‘reward’ in each moment – just by the joy of being a
And if we don’t survive as a species? No worries – I am sure the whole
thing will commence again in just a few million years or so.
And what is the big deal? When we die – which is looking pretty certain,
for most of us anyway, we either go into oblivion, or start a whole new
adventure in another way. Wonderful!
Not only writing, I am finding that there is less and less wanting to come
through. I am still open for it, and I still go through a lot of videos,
and I am feeling that it has all been said before.
It seems we are not learning from our past - we are doing the same things
the same way. (And of course, there is a more potent time for everything.)
You say that for you Zeitgeist is not a fully balanced view.
Very, very rare to have an intelligent, unbiased and balanced view of what
is going on on this planet – so I just go for what is most balanced in
that particular aspect.
And it all is seeming futile. Almost all of the the methods being
suggested have no way of bringing harmony – we are just not a harmonious
Not that great change cannot happen, but we cannot ‘bring it about’ with
the same attitudes and methods that have brought them on. The mind.
I greatly enjoyed listening to Anthony de Mello. Simple. Obvious. Present.
And that seems to be the key – present.
Often when writing like this people say I sound disappointed, resigned,
sad. Not at all. Life is wonderful for me. Just that not having
how things and people should be, no judgements cloud my perspective on
When I look at the situation overall, and the way people are choosing to
live, it feels to me that I am living in/on a different dimension/planet.
Life seems so wonderful - if I let it be.
You seem not to be getting what I am attempting to share.
Just this one more time...
>I can not remember when I did not long for something greater than the
>state I find myself in now.
Sounds good, and... the Eastern Classic Response to that is,
you have to want 'It' with every cell in your body -
and do absolutely nothing about getting it - because,
it is not possible to do anything about realising it anyway!
The way I see it is that 'longing' is a complaint - not being grateful.
So often said: The realisation of 'It' is when you accept the moment -
just as it is.
*Just as it is.*
Of course, that does mean accepting your longing as well - but not in
deference to being in that very moment, uncomplainingly, just as it.
So what that means is, there isn't a 'greater state' - there is only this
state, in this very moment. There is only one state - and you either
realise that, by accepting the moment just as it is, or you do not realise
it because you are looking for something that is not.

Like anything else - that is not just this very moment, just as it is.
>Knowing is always a first hand experience...
You know that? I don't think so. Just another mind idea.
There is no such such as knowing. What is there to know?
There is only the moment - and it has gone/changed already.
"When the seer and the seen are one."

>My dis-ease for the Divine is my desire to KNOW . . . to EXPERIENCE
See above - not possible.
>to experience that which is greater than me
Nothing is greater - or lessor, than what you are calling you.

>i cant let it go…
I/we have always translated 'can't' into 'won't.'
As we are supposed to be created in the image of the creator, seems more responsible.
What I have come to so far is that it all comes down to what Jesus is said to have said: "Thy will be done."
Not that I think there is a Thy, but the principle is there – what is happening rather than what our neurotic mind wants to happen.
We are always getting exactly what we need – in each moment.
> it is about my responsibilities keeping it together for my boys…
As I see it, it is not a matter of any specific situation, it is about a wider overall level of consciousness.
And take a look – as we have come to see, it is not what we say, but by our example we influence our children?
So what are you teaching them: compromise – not living our absolute truth?
They do not need that lesson – they are getting it almost every moment from the utter chaos we are living in.
As I mentioned, we assume 'we know best' and as is proved, over and over - we have absolutely no idea how anything works – let alone 'what is best.'
What we usually mean by what is best, usually means:
'What I (my neurotic mind/addction) is most comfortable with.'
I do know it is a huge step, and, as I have come to see after experimenting extensively, most of my life in fact, there isn't a working
And I haven't found anyone, (who really knows) offering an alternative.
Check it out on the web with the sayings of the Sages.
"Take no thought of the morrow…" "This is it." "Be here now." "Every second is the first second of your life."
That, I think, is one of the reasons I am no longer sharing the way I did – nobody wants freedom – what they want is what they think is freedom – on their terms - and it is their terms that are preventing them seeing that – they are already free!
Check out that link I sent on 'ordinary people' describing their awakenings.
Sending lots of love and encouragement…
To meet again you would need to be a lot more open and sharing.
Sabine keeps telling me that people are frightened in my presence.
I don't see that – but in any case, it is absolutely no excuse. None.
If you really want your freedom, you will risk everything.
(Only to find there is no risk!)
More love and encouragement…
This has been floating around for some days.
It is still not fully formed - and, as I would prefer it out and done,
Recently, several people have been asking me about my past.
When someone asks: "What was your experience with...."
the experience I am getting when attempting to share is interesting.
When thinking of the past several experiences take place simultaneously.
Here is an attempt to explain.
First let me explain - as I go to write this, right now, I have no idea
what is going to come out. My mind does not have it clear or organised
enough to explain it even to myself. I have attempted to share before, but
it never felt clear. So quite a bit of rambling may happen.
When I go to access what my mind tells me is the past I am aware of the
studies that show that the mind is notoriously inaccurate, and remembers
the past in the way that the mind wants to remember the past. Each person
remembers the same event in different ways - according to what is most
convenient for them.
When thinking of the past there is a feeling that the person being
remembered is not actually me. A familiarity, but not actually this person
who is attempting to remember him in the past. I do not feel intimately
identified with that person. They do feel familiar, and it does seem that
the remembered event did take place, but I do not feel like that person.
(In fact, it now feels like that in each moment. That is another level.)
So I wonder, at what age does 'the average person' start identify with
their past self? This is what I mean.
When you see a photograph of a small baby, who your parents tells you
was/is you, do you feel a personal connection? Do you feel that is 'you'?
Then when older - at what age do you feel as though the person in the
photograph is you? I do not mean accessing your mind to remember, I am
talking about an actual feeling of intimate connection at the level of
such intimacy that you and the person in the photograph are one?
I have never had that. Ever. It is as though what we call the past dies in
each moment. There is only now. This now. Now.
(And the future is yet to happen - maybe.)
To me, thoughts of the past and the future are entertainment - mind games.
Fun - and absolutely nothing to do with the moment. (Let's not get into this one -
even the moment has nothing to do with anything.)
Change of tempo.
If a question is asked of the past that is relevant to the present, then
it is part of the present, but if it is just idle chatter - then it is -
(If the question about the past is genuine, sincere, then it is more
likely to be presented in the form of a statement.)
One questioner asked: "Isn't the present built on the past."
Unfortunately, for most people, yes.
And as the past is dead, their lives not very alive either.
Almost all true innovations are an unconnected leap.
Not modifications, but innovations - a bolt from....
At some time I came to realise that what 'they' have been saying is true -
there is no past and there is no future - there is only now.
What we call past and future are just... not an accurate way of saying
it... all happening (and not happening) at once - on different vibrational
levels of what we call reality. (And each has its own reality/unreality.)
In the late 70's I used to spend private time with an Indian Guru.
He said: "You are to be my successor. Everything will be yours."
With a smile, he followed this by saying: "When I leave my body - run."
Contradiction? Not if you see the present in multi realities.
And there is nowhere to run - for everywhere you go - there you are!
So best to take it easy - and enjoy this very moment - just as it is.
Which brings up another point.
Someone asked how they can enjoy the moment when they are unhappy.
Suggestion. If you are born blind, you can either spend your life
complaining about it - or explore the maximum potential of each moment -
within the circumstance in which you find yourself. That sort of thing.
Vibrational Frequencies - the idea is starting to catch on - many levels
This video is the clearest/simplest I have seen on the subject.
A 'must watch.'
Coud be a good explanation of how meditation can/could work.
As is being shared lately, that is the way this being-ness is
seeing/experiencing everything - at the moment anyway.
There is a physical form; automatic behaviour; concealed level; potential;
individual vibrational source; Unformed/Source; and predominant
recognition - vibration.
As mentioned so often - it is hard for the mind to connect with something
right out of the training/conditioning/ideas with which it has been
The mind is designed to protect us, so it latches on to anything that
looks as though it will keep us safe - what it has been told are,
principles of reality.
In fact, as many more mature people have been telling us,
reality is nothing like the way our minds interpret it.
Reality is nothing like we think we are seeing and experiencing it as.
Now your mind is not going to connect with this - so if you want to
experience another level of what we call reality, you are going to have to
disconnect from the process of your mind.
How? Don't agree; don't disagree.
Disconnect from who you think is communicating this information,
and disconnect, even, from what you think they are attempting to say.
Just read, or listen, and feel what is going on inside of you -
mind, emotions/feelings and body.
Then take what is being convened as a hypothesis/possibility.
Taken to its source, everything is - is not. No thingness.
Then out of this nothingness, a subtle form of desire, then into a
then via different levels, into form - shape, action, word, thought.
Look around you - and observe. Look deep. Is that rock totally asleep?
Actually, you may come to see that most people are more asleep than the
rock - because most people assume they are awake.
And don't forget to have fun while doing/not doing - for nothing is as
serious as the minds attempts to convey to us.

It's a vidoe about some simple explanation of awareness and healing.
The author calls it Quantun Entrainment.
Very often when I felt getting sick or already sick I was practicing a
similar method without knowing what I was doing.
With time I got to feel that if I became strongly aware of a state in my
mind or body, it started immediately to change and most of the time
rebalance itself, meaning healing or becoming more harmonic. Since then I
often wake up and spend some time simply being aware of what is going on in my body,
thoughts and emotions.
I can only say that it has been one of the most healing or rejuvenating
activity I ever experienced especially when things are not going so well

A few months ago I became aware of a man (Frank Kinslow) who gives

The video I found today in YouTube explaining awareness reminded me of

I could not relate to it then but after watching this video something
started to make sense. So here is the link if you want to share it with
Sending you and Sabine lots of love and thanks again for staying in

Last night we watched this doco on television. Seems no doubt of its
accuracy. It is one of the best political conspiracy reports we have ever seen.
It unfolds more like a fictional drama than an actual event. Very exciting.
It is very well presented, and shows very clearly how we let unscrupulous
(and psychopathic?) people govern us. It includes lots of live footage of
actual events, speeches, and recorded phone conversations. Almost

if we nuke these silly little people? I am not at all bothered about

The differences are that then, the mainstream media defied government
threats to imprison anyone who published the leaked documents, and despite
being abused and imprisoned, millions of people took to the streets in
protest of the war.
Some of you have written to say that things are not getting worse, and
there is no more violence than there ever was.
I have always been interested in figures, and how they can be manipulated.
("100% increase in..." Which could mean - two instead of one.)
As I stated, there is certainly a difference now that we have 24 hour news,
but I have looked into other facts. Violent and aggressive we have always

(Get that? Most countries are now occupied by invading countries!)
In my youth we never heard of anyone attacking anyone except with fists.
I am sure some people did get stabbed - but not in my whole area.
Now in that area, stabbings and shooting are daily events.
With few exceptions, the most violent movies at that time were Walt Disney
cartoons! (Ever checked them out that way? Even more so these days.)
Very different from the North Vietnam and Korean wars, these days it
seems, reporters are not allowed to get up close - the government decide
what they can and cannot report. We only learn what is really happening by
the reports of maverick reporters.
And even in the North Vietnam and Korean wars, we did not get the facts.
I was in Hong Kong at that time and spoke to reporters just back from the
front line. They said they could not even send in some of the true footage
or they would get fired.
So what is this to you/us?
Well if it is true that we are all one, connected by unseen frequencies
(as with radio waves, and the land under the oceans) then we are all part
of what is going on - on every level, all the time.
A lot of what we feel moment to moment may not be directly to do with
ourselves, but the collective. And if there is such a thing as Karma, then
we are all responsible.
Again, what to do? Open up. Let everything in. Feel.
And remember to watch for any against-ness.
In a smaller way, most of us, most of the time are doing similar things.
Check it out.
And as always, don't take it too seriously...
The most dangerous man in America: Daniel Ellsberg and the Pentagon Papers
In 1971, Daniel Ellsberg, a leading Vietnam War strategist, concludes that
America¹s role in the war is based on decades of lies. He leaks 7,000 pages
of top-secret documents to The New York Times, a daring act of conscience
that leads directly to Watergate, President Nixon¹s resignation and the end

To me, it goes something like this...
To see deeply into a person you have to love them - unconditionally,
and be with them for who they think they are.
To see into all people you have to love and accept all people -
and be with them for who they think they are.
To love and accept all people you have to love and accept all forms of
life - animate and inanimate. Including yourself.
To love and accept yourself you have to be with yourself just as you are.
(In the moment, you are who you are - whether you accept or not.)
I find people fascinating.
Although we are all made up of the same components,
the way we are 'put together' makes each one of us totally unique.
Predictable, (except truly mad people) and unique.
The outer layer - the pattern of behaviour, is unconsciously automatic.
*At this primitive level we are all unconscious zombies.*
If you want to control someone, just spend a little time observing them.
In no time you will realise how you can make them happy, sad, angry,
We are so automatic. (It is said that if you want to make a 'German' sit down,

Just a little deeper and there resides the person who is trying to hide
who they think they are, and present who they want to be see them as.
They are not who they think they are - they are much, much more, but
through what people have told them they have developed a false idea of

deeper you may find a sisterly/brotherly feeling. And if you keep going

You see, it is not possible to love someone without being one with them.

I would not 'dare' request anything that is not happening on its own.
A slight preference may be 'permitted' - meaning little consequence,
