We say: "If only...."
Life already is an adventure. Every moment.
It is our attitude that is the deciding factor.
I remember - every morning when I woke up I used to wonder what adventure
the day would bring. When a situation was no longer fun, I changed it.
Engaged in situations that were not easy. Took risks.
At one point, married - to a very lovely woman, house, steady outside
salesman job, weekend photographing weddings, XK 120 Jaguar with modified
C-Type racing engine - and let go of the lot - to move to London, then go
hitch hiking around the world - with another wonderful woman.
If we let them, adventures will come to us. Knock on our door.
What happens is, we have conditions - we want what we want - on our terms.
When we complain we are really saying we don't want what we are complaining
we don't have. If you want it enough, you will do what is needed to get it.
Just imagine - an exciting adventure/partner is out there - just waiting for
you to drop your fixed ideas and conditions, and make yourself available.
Happy adventuring...
So you are attempting to tell me that out of the 3.4 billion women on the
planet there isn't a 'suitable' woman who would be happy to spend time with
you?
Web dating?
Brazil/Argentina/Cuba/Sweden/Denmark/any other country on the planet?
I suggest you take a look at your conditions.
Ava, Kira and I once took a ferry from Locarno in Southern Switzerland to
Intra in Italy. There was no ferry back so we decided to hitch-hike.
While we were on the side of the road we joked: must be a comfortable car,
steady driver, no family arguments, no smoking, no kids, no animals....
We caught a bus.
We really do create our own reality. As I said, drop your fixed conditions,
open up, and life will literally knock on your door - as just happened for
me - and my life is so wonderful already I wasn't even looking for it.
Stop holding your old ideas and condition; get very clear what you think you
would really like; and presume that if it is appropriate it is already on
the way.
Sending love...
