Here are a few notes I have made - that I don't feel like elaborating today!

* Group Energy Lifts us - and will not stay if we do not consciously
support. Old circumstances are likely to bring old results.

* Being really seen - and unconditionally accepted can bring life changes.

* When we are all ready to let people see who we really are
  we will all be telepathic - thus bypassing the restriction of words.

* Not the messenger. Not the message. Just what you experience.

*Nothing is really new.
  The truth is common sense, and has already been said.

Here are a few extracts from emails from loving and appreciative friends.
I am sending them on because every times we hear of someone opening it is
not only an encouragement, but it opens our restrictive minds to what is
possible.

I loved Awakening part five! It was beautiful to read...you really are
amazingly open to letting this beautiful information pour through your being
to be shared with us all...so lovely...I am so grateful. I have been
watching Anthony de Mello all evening...lovely. I really found this
uplifting today. I love how he says that we need to admit that we don't want
to wake up...very funny...and I love how he talks about psychotherapy.

Message:        dearest Paul and Sabine, a token of appreciation for your
continued contribution to my life... Paul, were it not for these messages
you pass on to us you would still be with me constantly, as my years with
you have had a lasting and continually unfolding influence, have never left
me. Words heard 10-15 years ago in the groups continue to deepen within my
experience. In a very tangible sense you are always present with me, in fact
in a way it's as if "i" have assimilated "you" in "my" life and perspective.
In my early years with you i used to say to people, Paul says this and Paul
says that... now achille says this and says that, and it often sounds very
similar to what Paul said, however these words come from "my" own experience
and perspective on life, which i continually look to share in gratitude with
others. Sometimes it brings a chuckle, as i recognize your words coming from
this mouth without forethought or apparent recollection. with love and

As always, my heartfelt thanks for your sharing.
I have the feeling you report of your experiences gives me the
opportunity to tune in in this field.

Especially your report of the silence and the space between them - has
helped me, to "look" and to "feel" in this direction. And if it's only a
fraction of a moment - it seems I can "understand" what you say.

And my system is still at home in the everyday life;-)

So I noticed: It need?s only a few relaxed mood and happy summer day?s
and I begin to forget what happens on the the planet. Fortunately, I am
reminded by good friends again. Thanks for that.

I can?t  really put into words my thanks to you and the presence that I
receive through your being.

paul's friends. i love to watch all these/your images there. every

I feel like I'm in a space where I can surrender to whatever the experience
is I am to have.... I am remembering the 2 seconds with god :-) I am open to
feelings whatever they are and I am having less attachment to whether they
are to be deemed good/bad. I am feeling more and more as each second goes by
where I am allowing existence to truly take me over. It is such an exquisite
feeling. I am moving into a space of feeling grateful for any time spent
with you either through your list, email or.... and I am less concerned with
what it all means and what will happen and why. I have no investment in any
outcomes and yet I'm still very aware of what I want in this moment...and
again I am not invested in this staying the same either...ah surrender,
question is can I hold this space for longer than a day?
