If you think you are getting what we are attempting to share,
please, please, assume, you are not. Not.

What we are writing about is not in the normal frequency -
of the mind, or anything else that could be called 'tangible.'
Just assume that there is least another level from the one you think you are
getting. At the very least. And another, and.... And that means all of us.

Someone  wrote something like:
I do not mind people writing intellectually as it does not effect me.
Yes it does. Everything does. Absolutely Everything.
(People either give, or take. In most cases, assume the latter.)

If you do not feel your energy brought down by a person who is writing about
things they are not actually experiencing in the moment then you are either
very, very awake (assume, unlikely) or you are less sensitive than you think
you are. Again, assume the latter.

Take this as a hypotheses.
Everything is vibrating. In fact, everything is vibration. Any difference
between anything, or anyone, is only apparent. Just a matter of frequency.
At the essence of anyone or anything there is a frequency, but the vibration
is not contained/does not stay/end at the core - it radiates. Even our crude
science now has instruments that can read our vibrations from a small
distance.

So not only is everything and everybody vibrating, that frequency is
radiating - out/into/around the universes.
You can't see it? Some people can.
(When you mobile phone rings - invisible vibration reaching your phone.)

Those silly monasteries - are not so silly. They are designed to
collect/maintain/preserve frequencies that are generated in mediation.
(There is a nunnery in Europe where no man has ever been allowed to enter.)
No distraction of any sort - to build on the energy.

In our everyday lives we are bombarded with outside vibrations -
seen/heard/felt/ and unseen/unheard/unfelt.

If awareness is your every minute unconditional priority you will be aware
that you are being effected. Very little you can do about it.
(Suggestion: Don't Shield. You are getting what you need.)
Let it happen with awareness and there will be no need to keep needing it.
If you are not clear at the frequency you are receiving the vibration it
will stimulate that area in you - so you can be aware.

So, once again, every action, word, thought has a universal
effect/consequence. Both yours and others. Scary isn't it?
All part of the game called Planet Earth.
