I have read lots of stuff about climate change - I suppose you have as well.
I do not think humans are effecting the weather very much.
And I am not actually sure the planet is actually getting warmer.
It is warmer in some places, but then it is colder in others.
Pole shift?
I do think we are effecting the quality of the air, water and land, but I
think the changes in temperature are due to 'natural causes' - like the Sun.
I have studied lots of charts and it seems the temperature of the planet
follows cycles of the Sun's phases.
The fact that we cannot go on the way we are seems pretty obvious.
Until we come together and put our personal aside, and work together,
I think as a species we are doomed.
Not that I think that such a bad thing.
I think, as a whole, our behaviour is...
atrocious/stupid/self-centred/intolerable.
That change is coming - one way or another, I have no doubt.
Just watched an interview with Anthony Hopkins.
In essence he said not to take anything seriously as it is all
Maya/illusion. We are here to find something in ourselves that is much,
much, much deeper. Neat eh. His wife looks fun.
Sending lots of love to you both...

There is a saying attributed to Zen: "It is better to eat bad food with a
good mind, than to eat good food with a bad mind."
Neat isn't it - when a realisation pops through.
Usually after having gone through a few things though.
The realisation .... a certain stage
of awakening. Up until then we are being directed what to eat through our
addictions, habits, conditioning, and mind ideas.
We are told to eat a 'balanced diet' - and there is no such thing!
Everyone is different - in each moment. Plus, an item that is appropriate in
one moment may not be in another. The body system does not utilise food
equally - it takes what it needs in the moment, in the moment
... the key is, as always, to slow down, and be present.
When being present to the present all becomes clear, obvious, and lovely.
Sending love...
PS.
Saying quoted by Anthony Hopkins: "No need to worry - today is the tomorrow
you were worrying about yesterday."
