This is an excellent example of being grateful.
I have met several of such people in my life -
grateful for life, in what most people would call an impossible situation.
Try taking this in - deeply - gratefulness is not just an attitude, -
in order to be mentally, emotionally, and physically healthy
it is fundamentally an essential frequency of life and living.
Just as an experiment for today?
Catch yourself every time you complain - even in the slightest.
(anger is also complaint) and instead, in that moment, take a look at what you have in your life
about which you can be grateful.
When you disconnect from complaint you will be amazed at how much
you have in your life about which you can be grateful.
