I know I keep writing about this. It is such a major part of our lives. The way I am seeing it at the moment it is the major blight in our lives as humans. I see it as so important I may keep writing about it – until we all get it!We are programmed to complain. If things are not the way our mind has been programmed to see them, it complains. Even though it seems so obvious that each of us are programmed differently, we still do it - and feel justified.
We are addicted to complaint.
There are now many research results, and if you want to check this out for yourself, no need to go into a Brain Scanner, you can feel it. When you complain your whole system contracts and your energy goes into a lower frequency. It also produces an electrical/chemical/emotional/mental/physical process. It is poison. Literally.
And not only to you, but to those around you, and no matter how minutely, the whole universe. Complainers love the company of other complainers.
If I ever gently point out when a person is complaining they often say they are not complaining, but just saying the way it is. Great theory. Trouble is, it is not the words that carry the vibrational effect, but the tone. Listen to your voice.
‘Ain’t what you say, it’s the way that you say it.’
The time to be most alert about complaint is when we are tired and/or depressed. And that is also when we most don’t want to be aware – we just want to sink into our addiction – and complain.
I really do see it as that important.
To be free you need to you become aware of your complaint, in any form – that sigh/helplessness/giving up/frustration/impatience/judgement/anger/…
Complaint is not wrong – just fucking stupid.
Complaint brings the dark cloud over the dancing Sun.
Check it out – make it your priority – just for one day – or maybe two?
And gratitude brings the opposite effect – uplifting – to you, those around you, and the whole of the universes. True.
To feel delightful, keep checking for the things about which you are grateful.
Oh, so, so much.
