When he went to see his friends he became very aware of how they were
still into their old behavioural patterns  - so he attempted to share that
with them.

The ones who got it kept slipping back into their old patterns.
So Bernie suggested a technique:
When they went back into the old, they put money in a jar - to give to
charity.
The higher the amount, the more astute the awareness!
Many years ago did that with my mother. It works.

The process of awareness is very simple - it is the remembering to
remember that is not so easy. The higher the amount the more attentive you
will be.  You could send the proceeds to Kira for her Nepal orphanages, schools and
hospitals.
