Have you had sensations that do not fit into what you have been told is
'real'?

Like driving a car and feeling it is strange that the car is not steering
itself to your destination - and you have to steer, accelerate and brake?

Or, even, that it is strange that you have to travel at all - that where
you want to be does not come to you. Or that any sort of physical
movement is unnecessary - just a thought and it has happened?

Is what we are calling reality seeming less real for you?
Could it be that this reality thing really is an illusion?
Could it be that the very foundation of what we call reality just is not
so?

So far, almost everything we were once told is an absolute has turned out
not to be so - on almost every level. Are we still still stuck in very old
ideas?

It is said that many of our breakthrough innovations have been seeded from
other dimensions.
If that is so, is that because we are holding on to our old ideas so
strongly - and not allowing our thoughts to include what is thought
impossible?
Most of our present technology would once have been thought absolutely
impossibly insane.

Someone said to me the other day that they are finding it more and more
difficult to integrate the experiences they have in meditation with their
everyday life.

Maybe the separation is the difficulty?
In 'the state of presence' there is only one - just a matter of not
holding - anything.

As foretold, the suppressed inner is manifesting in the outer - there is
more violence taking place. It is now seeming that that is the main focus
of any media. And it is escalating.

At the moment the violence still has 'justification' - he/she killed
because....
But another level is foretold - that random violence and general
disorientation will increase - the suppressed inner manifesting on the
outer.

For the ride to be as smooth as possible the suggestion is - keep clearing.
Anything old that is not clear - clear it.
Anything suppressed, denied, not taken care of - take care.

As an exercise, see energy like water. If the pipe is clear, the water
runs smoothly.
If the pipe is not clear - turbulence.

Another suggestion - keep sharing with your friends, and anyone who may be
vaguely interested. They may not connect at the time - but this is the
time for sowing the seeds of possibilities. And doing what is fun for you.
