I find Bruce Lipton’s delivery a bit... difficult – so I listen in sections.
Well worth the effort though.
One thing I greatly respect about him is that he puts what he shares into practice in his daily life. No doubt about the amount of energy he has!

Unless we use an electron microscope, we tend to think what we see in the mirror is us.
The deeper we go, the more astounding is the ‘material’ side of our reality.
We contain/are made up of trillions of cells – and each one is a complete entity in itself!
Every single one is a life onto itself. In addition to the built-in programming, we constantly programme them – with every action, word, and thought.
