Walk-ins is a term Ruth Montgomery popularized, in her book Strangers Amoung Us, when she said that at
some point some souls abdicate their body to other more evolved souls, so they can start a new incarnational experince; This way the new soul does not have to be born, but comes in fully loaded, but different from the original host.

I have met many people who claim to be walk-ins, but most were just not willing to take responsibllitiy for their own evolution.  But Bob Young truly had this type of experience, because he came from being a typical Aussie engineer to someone being in touch with the great truths of higher dimensional realities.  -AS
