Your mind dwells on it all of the time.
No matter what is happening, it is haunting you -
not only all the day, but you dream of it as well.
Then at a party,
in order to attempt to escape the haunting thoughts,
you take a mild substance.
In a while, the haunting has gone.
No more those constant painful thoughts.
So what happened.
The circumstances are exactly the same,
yet you are no longer dwelling on the tragedies -
the fact that your partner has left you;
your business has failed and left you owing a huge amount of money;
or you have what could be a life-threatening illness. Thoughts, gone.
What happened - the situation is the same, yet you are feeling great!
The substance is creating an illusion you say?
Well what about being in the same tragic situation
and you are in the Satori group -
and you pop into the same feeling of freedom?
The circumstances are exactly the same,
yet you are feeling better than you have ever felt in your life?
Your perspective has balanced.
What your mind has been constantly addressing as a problem
now appears to you in a more natural state - as a fact.
“It’s all in the mind you know."

What happened?
The infinite universe in its infinite wisdom through natural selection prefers people to worry and act to resolve threatening circumstances. Those on substances who feel great in the face of loss simply perish faster. We are the way we are due to our ancestors, who survived by running and fighting when it was appropriate.
Many of us in the present chronically feel miserable and try to find a way out of it. Paul has made a living and a life out of this search that so far has lead to nowhere. (Remember the fanfare when Dianne popped and then un-popped. Zero plus zero is zero). If a company had results like that it would go bankrupt. Politicians, salesmen, teachers, gurus, priests and general skull diggers however can make a good living out of gullible, desperate, dare I say sadly stupid people.
The issue is the inability to look and recognise what is true in this present moment. The truth will set you free, but more accurately recognising what you truly feel will set you free. But only if it is time to be set free, only if it is time.
