Since the posting of the new videos, I have received lots of emails. Lots.
So many I cannot possibly reply to all of you. Thank you.
And some donations - very welcome - special thank you.

(While Kira was visiting she got us to make out a wish list.
We feel blessed - so not too much on it. Kira has it if you are
interested.)

It seems my email address has got out to some people who I have not met
and do not know. So more emails than usual.
I love hearing about how you feel supported by what is written on IML, and
feeling your gratefulness.

What is not so much fun is the (very) occasional email telling me how I
should be.  I hope that I do not sound as though I am telling you how to be, but just
suggestions about what is working for me.

So as a guideline, may I suggest that you do not write to me if you are
feeling:  contracted, negative, judgemental, superior, or giving me advice on how to
be - that you are not actually experiencing, joyfully, in yourself, as you
write.  Instead: light, fun, appreciative, supportive - lovingly from the heart.

Many of us seem to be having the feeling that 2012 is going to be a very
fun time.  I feel it is time to clear - and really look at our lives to see if we are
still holding anything that is no longer appropriate for us.

And may I suggest once again - during this time of great change,
all of us on this list can be a great support to each.
So keep in touch with each other? - write, phone, Skype, meet.
