Several people have written lately saying their body is not well,
they are in financial difficulties, and/or they feel depressed.

Although I certainly do not know this for certain,
I acknowledge a part in me that feels/senses that in each moment
we are all experiencing exactly what we need - in order
to get closer to our realising that we are actually beyond all that.

And that does not counteract how I actually feel -
which is a deep caring for anyone who is not well and happy.

So whether it is due to your own behaviour, or not,
if you are not well and happy I am sending you lots of love and caring …
