  I stand, shakily, with a foot in each world, unable to bridge the two. The inner feels more real, but I'm conscious of my resistance to sink deeper, coz it's already proving difficult to keep functioning in the outer one. From this position even physical death looks simpler: Like pigeons flying off, you can leave all your mess behind! I asked the girlfriend what she thought, received an "I don't know!", and loved her for her honesty. Moments later I learned from PaulsList about 'The Conundrum of The Mind'. Listening to it brought me peace, like the right medicine at the right time. Thank you!
