Of course science a a wide field, and, as with most things, there are
generalities.

So it seems, science is telling us, for sure, there is no scientific proof
for Astrology.  In fact, I have read, they say it is nonsense, and by their scientific
criteria, they can prove that.

Personally, I have a vague entertaining interest in what science says –
not as an authority, but because I enjoy seeing them constantly contradict
themselves over even my brief 79 years, and them discovering some of what
the Sages have been sharing with us for thousands of years,
I see almost all of science as just a very slightly more intelligent
religion.
(And to me, how a scientist can call themselves a scientist when they are
religious seems more like a joke.)

As I understand it, science says, before anything can be accepted as a
fact, a phenomenon has to be , by their invented criteria, proved beyond
all doubt.

So, God?

One scientist wrote to me recently:
"Oh, if Paul would know how cruel, stuck, controlling, built on anxiety
and competition, the science system really is, he would choose stronger
words. I have this experience nearly every day - oh gosh if you would
know. Our Western Science system (not Science in itself) is worse than
business or politics as it pretends to be nicer and more human but it is
actually not. So less honest even than politicians or economists.”

William Shakespeare:  “There are more things in Heaven and Earth, Horatio, than are dreamt of in your philosophy.”

The commentator says:
"The emphasis here should be on "dreamt of", as Hamlet is pointing out how
little even the most educated people can explain.
