In 1983, the U.S. population began ingesting significant quantities of a substance never before used for human consumption.
Artificial sweetener aspartame is quickly introduced to consumers. In 1984; 6,900,000 lbs of aspartame was consumed by Americans. This rate doubles by the next year and continues to climb into the 90’s.
Dr. Russell Blaylock: Again, it’s this variability in your sensitivity to toxins. Some people may notice very little of anything. A majority of people will have one of a number of symptoms.
Dr. John Querci talks about his experience.
The Tibetans also knew that how important it was for us to connect ourselves with our higher consciousness in order to stay aware of the spiritual essence in us from which we came. Our spiritual essence creates the structure for many layers of our light-bodies and also our physical body. If we don’t focus on our light-body activation we will not be able to make changes in our physical form and the body begins to age.
The story takes us to the Tibetan monastery thousands of years ago where the sacred technique of rejuvenation rites was kept in secret and the practice was developed and passed down by monks from generation to generation, It finally reached the public in the 1930’s when it was detailed in Peter Kelder’s book “Ancient Secret of the Fountain of Youth.” It is now known as the Five Tibetan Rites, a series of exercises with mystical, age-reversing properties, taking just minutes a day to perform and producing phenomenal benefits within a month with the most dra- matic changes coming after ten weeks. Young people and athletes are especially finding enormous success in reaching their peak per- formance on each level by practicing the Rites.
It is interesting that even Kelder’s book didn’t include information about the additional six Tibetan Rites shared only between the Gnostic Brothers and until now has been kept secret.
In this article you will learn that there are eleven Sacred Rites of Rejuvenation and not five as originally thought. and I will discuss the esoteric approach which is the key to practicing these rites. These additional six sacred rites were discovered by the late Samael Aun Weor, a Tibetan Lama and Grand Master of Occult wisdom. Samuel’s interpretation of how to use your
consciousness to raise your vibration while performing these rites is the core to learning this sacred tradition. I am fortunate that Samaels’s interpretation was passed down to me from Master Sunyata and I am blessed to be able to now share this with you.
When devised by the Tibetan Lamas, these exercises were not meant to be mere- ly physical, but were also used as methods of prayer, focused intention to higher con- sciousness and meditation. For the Lamas this practice was so reverent that they prac- ticed these Rites on a Prayer Mat.
Performing these sacred rites is a vehicle to help us to remember who we truly are and helps us to understand where we are going and to realize that time and age really does not exist but is only an invention of the egotistical mind. It helps us to see that not only can we slow down the aging process but that we can also stop and even reverse it. Tibetan Rites can put us on the path to com- plete regeneration, both spiritual and otherwise. It gives us the information to answer all of the questions we might have concern- ing health and rejuvenation by allowing us to investigate through direct experience.
This temple, we call our body can be a perfect vehicle, an art of performance and creation in this beautiful world of matter. The Rites take us on a magical life journey with real meaningfulness and with the highest joy. They are so powerful that they can transform your body to its perfect condition.
If you focus only on the physical aspect while performing these sacred rites it will be just another physical workout leading toward oxidation and aging. By using the Lama’s secret approach of syn- thesizing your spirit, mind, emotions, aura field and body you begin to vibrate on a level where you can reach your maximum potential. This is something which is not explained in any of the previous writings and will be explored more in depth as I explain one of the rites.
Add light when you practice each Rite; Become lighter by focus- ing your being, intention, thoughts, words and actions toward lifting your vibration. This starts to transform and change your DNA, cells, organs, endocrine systems and the speed of your chakras so that they can act with their highest potency. Every cell in your body has con- sciousness and responds to light.
The goal in practicing the Tibetan Rites is to purify the astral substance, clear and raise the vibration of the etheric and physical bod- ies and incarnate more of the light body and get its structures and energy centers balanced and functioning properly. Through this, the spirit is able to interact highly with your physical matter.
For example:
RITE #1
Stand erect with arms outstretched horizontal to the floor, palms facing down. Your arms should be in line with your shoulders. Spin around clockwise until you become slightly dizzy. Gradually increase number of spins from 1 spin to 21 spins.
Breathing: Inhale and exhale deeply as you do the spins. The esoteric benefit:
What happens in your physical body: 1.All your blood rushes to the peripheral areas of the body and when you stop, your blood rushes back into the center. This high speed flow gives all of your organs an
extreme wake-up call. 2.Your heart starts to beat faster and
the enhanced blood flow cleanses the blood vessels.
3. Your metabolism gets its peak per- formance.
4. Your energy channels (nadis) open
5. Water molecules in every cell in your body begin vibrating on greater level including the DNA.
6, Frequencies are erased in your entire being and your aura field expanded.
7. Negative vibrations lose hold and are no longer part of your being and you are able to carry a higher vibrational light.
While performing the rites it is very important to visualize the brightest and most intense white light (like a laser beam) emanating out from your whole being all the time.
RITE # 10
In the Five Tibetans version this is described like a deep relax- ations at the end of the exercises.
Posture: lie flat on your back with your legs fully extended on the ground and your feet about twelve inches apart.
In the new version it has an extremely important meaning. Posture: Face up, with the legs vertical and resting on the wall.
The benefit:
Whoever manages to perform this exercise for three complete hours will reverse the aging process and will experience the effects of rejuvenation. In the beginning this exercise should be performed for at least five minutes working your way up to three hours
By practicing The Tibetan Rites and uplifting one’s vibration, the more expansive your consciousness will become and you will view life as never before---You will step into the journey of miracles in each moment.
Sirve, a Reiki Master and an anti-aging expert, has been teaching the esoteric approach for these rites for eleven years throughout the world.

You are the only one who has control over your life; it's an awsome joyous
responsibility. -AS
1. Know that the world "out there" reflects your reality "in here." The people
you react to most strongly, whether with love or hate, are projections of your
inner world. What you most love is what you most wish for in yourself. Use the
mirror of relationships to guide your evolution. The goal is total self-knowledge.
When you achieve that, what you most want will automatically be there,
and what you most dislike will disappear.
2. Shed the burden of judgment - you will feel much lighter. Judgment imposes
right and wrong on situations that just are. Everything can be understood and
forgiven, but when you judge, you cut off understanding and shut down the
process of learning to love. In judging others, you reflect your lack of self-
acceptance. Remember that every person you forgive adds to your self-love.
3. Don't contaminate your body with toxins, either through food , drink, or
toxic emotions. Your body is more than a life-support system. It is the vehicle
that will carry you on the journey of your evolution. The health of every cell
directly contributes to your state of well-being, because every cell is a point
of awareness within the field of awareness that is you.
4. Replace fear-motivated behavior with love-motivated behavior. Fear is the
product of memory, which dwells in the past. Trying to impose the past on the
present will never wipe out the threat of being hurt. That happens only when
you find the security of your own being, which is love. Motivated by the truth
inside you, you can face any threat because your inner strength is invulnerable
to fear.
5. Understand that the physical world is just a mirror of a deeper intelligence.
Intelligence is the invisible organizer of all matter and energy, and since a
portion of this intelligence resides in you, you share in the organizing power
of the cosmos. Because you are inseparably linked to everything, you cannot
afford to foul the planet's air and water. But at a deeper level, you cannot afford
to live with a toxic mind, because every thought makes an impression on the
whole field of intelligence. Living in balance and purity is the highest good
for you and the Earth.

totally drunk or drugged, would have unprotected sex with someone they are
not intimately connected with over some extended time. Russian Roulette.
Another aspect is pregnancy. Often women have told me that they had not had
an ejaculation inside them - yet they got pregnant. Seems they have not
heard of pre-come - the sperm that can escape before the man ejaculates, and
how long the sperm can stay alive inside the woman.
On one level we are always responsible for... whatever.
And everything can be a useful experience - especially if not repeated.
And the past is past. Life really does start now. This now. Now.
And, once stirred up, the energy may take a while to settle.
Someone writes to Paul:
>I have not loved and honoured my body.
Or the person you are with next with.
>and not to find out I have HIV!
It can happen with one time, but not so likely.
I used to give evening talks in New York to people who were HIV positive.
It was the early days and hundreds came. At that time you were given six
months to live. So many tears when people shared: "Just one time and...."
And as I say, not so likely as it is not easy to catch.
It is more the other infections.
I suppose you know - genital warts may not create discomfort - so you have
to keep checking to make sure if they are present.
You could be saying: "If only I hadn't shared..."
But holding back is a form of slow suicide. The discord we keep inside
unbalances the system in such a way that it can prevent self-healing.
In my experience it is often that each step of awareness gets 'tested' - to
see how deep the experience has gone.
To Paul:
>I'm finding it hard to have compassion for myself and the mistakes I have made.
This attitude is not healthy, or intelligent.
Anything that is not gratitude is poison.
Everything, everything is always for us. I suggest you disconnect from your
complaint and regrets and find your gratefulness.
Sending love...
Dean Ornish was in his second year of medical school in Houston when he asked his supervisor for referrals to heart patients. It was 1977, and Ornish wanted to launch a study looking at the effects of yoga and a vegetarian diet on patients with heart disease.
The supervising physician's response was: "Should I say I'm referring patients to a swami?"
Sixteen years later, when Ornish met with a director of Medicare - a chain-smoking, 280-pound man - to see whether his holistic approach to treating heart disease could be covered under the program, he was told, "If we do this, anyone with a crystal and a pyramid will want us to pay for what they do."
But just this past month, Medicare finally gave approval to Ornish's program of a plant-based diet, meditation, exercise and support groups to treat heart disease.
It was a crowning achievement for the Sausalito physician, best-selling author and health guru, who's come a long way from his geek days as an introverted boy in Dallas. Now, the clinical professor of medicine at UCSF stands as the nation's pre-eminent proponent of adopting a healthy life to reverse chronic diseases.
Since founding the Preventive Medicine Research Institute in 1984, he has run trial after trial looking at whether lifestyle choices involving diet, exercise, meditation - and even love - can be as powerful in treating disease as drugs, radiation, chemotherapy and surgery.
"In my 33 years, in everything we did, people thought we were crazy," said Ornish, a self-described hugger who exudes a doctor's natural air of concern. "People said the tests must be wrong or that this could only happen in California. But we have proven that lifestyle is treatment, not just prevention."
Newsweek cover
Instead of having his ideas dismissed, Ornish even found himself on the cover of Newsweek. The headline: "Can this man save your heart? How Dean Ornish is shaking up medicine."
Mark Hyman, a personal physician to Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton, is one of many in the medical establishment who have been won over by Ornish's research.
"Everyone knows that it is good to eat well and exercise, but few people know that if you apply these same things to people who are already sick, you can reverse it," said Hyman, a board member of the Institute for Functional Medicine, which trains health care providers and stresses personalized medicine and prevention.
"Dean's work is not about looking at a drug to treat a person, but looking at treating the person. He should get the Nobel Prize for using research to show we can reverse chronic disease and showing we can change our gene expression."
Ornish sees his own success as part perseverance, part timing. "There is a growing acceptance of the validity of these approaches," he said.
His research studies have come a long way from his first trial in 1977. That was when the second-year medical student interested in the impact of yoga and a vegetarian diet on heart disease finally talked a supervisor into referring heart patients to him.
"The first study, involving seven men and three women, lasted for one month because we had hotel rooms donated for a month," he said. "I taught yoga and lectured, and ran the support groups. It was me and the cook." At the end of the month, "there was a 91 percent reduction in angina or chest pain and a significant increase in blood flow to the heart."
The results were met with skepticism.
The next study involved 48 men and women, also with severe heart disease. This study lasted 28 days, and the results were similarly positive. Then a five-year study, funded through the National Institutes of Health, found added improvements with the added time.
"In short, the people who went through our intensive lifestyle program got better, and people in the control group who made moderate or no changes got worse," said Ornish, who is a physician consultant to former President Bill Clinton.
In the late 1990s, Ornish turned to prostate cancer. In collaboration with Peter Carroll, head of urology at UCSF, Ornish divided 93 men into two groups: one that would make lifestyle changes and one that would do what they wanted. The results, published in 2005, showed that prostate cancer was slowed, stopped or perhaps reversed among those following Ornish's program.
5-year study
In August, Ornish will wrap up a five-year study, also in collaboration with Carroll, comparing two groups of men with prostate cancer: 30 who treated their cancer with Ornish's approach and 30 who did their own thing. (All 60 men had biopsy-proven prostate cancer and all chose "active surveillance" over chemotherapy or radiation.)
"I have deep gratitude every day," said Ornish, author of six best-selling books. "Not long ago, I was in the kitchen at home and the sun was streaming through and I said, 'I feel so happy and grateful I need to make sure I'm not dreaming.' "
It wasn't always that way.
"In my first year of college (at Rice University), I had extreme existential angst," he said. "I wanted to kill myself."
Feeling that he couldn't compete with his peers academically, Ornish started taking tranquilizers and drinking and was soon plotting his own demise.
"I lived across the street from the Houston Oilers football practice field," he said. "There was a large oil derrick near the end zone, and I considered jumping off of it." Plan B involved running his car into the side of a bridge.
Turning point
But Ornish's despair would soon become his turning point, his first experience that "crisis is opportunity." What saved him was mononucleosis, which forced him to go home to Dallas to recuperate. "While I was home, my parents had a cocktail party for this swami my sister had been studying with," he said. "This was considered a little strange back then - it was Texas, 1972. The swami's name was Swami Satchidananda, and he was straight out of central casting: long white beard, peaceful eyes, long saffron robe."
Laughing, Ornish recalled, "I asked him if he was a Hindu, and he said he was the 'undo Swami,' that he was about looking at the cause of self-destructive behavior."
Between the swami, who became a mentor, and one of his teachers in medical school - who asked the same question over and over: "Yes, but what is the cause of that?" - Ornish's path began to take shape. He finished up at Harvard Medical School in 1984 and, later that year, founded his institute.
'A messy life'
"I made a decision not to kill myself and made a vow that I would live a messy life," he said. "I would make mistakes, but I would live it." He hasn't stopped living it since.
At 56, Ornish is married to Anne, a young and radiant yoga teacher, and the two - who look at each other with oozing adoration - have a 1-year-old daughter and plans for more children.
At a restaurant in Sausalito, Ornish sat across the table from Anne, whom he met 13 years ago when she was working part time as a Web producer and part time as a maitre d' at Bix restaurant in San Francisco. Ornish was at dinner with a friend, who told him, "You are going to marry that woman one day."
"It was a soul connection," Anne Ornish says.
Reluctantly pulling his gaze from his wife's eyes, Ornish perused the menu at Poggio. When the waitress arrived, he cracked a joke about the first item on the menu: oak-grilled lamb tongue. "It's baaaaaad," he said, making a polite suggestion that they might want to at least move the item down on the menu.
He ordered the vegetable platter; he hasn't eaten any meat since 1972.
Then Ornish and his wife produced their iPhones to show off photos of their daughter, Jasmine. Dean Ornish, who worked his way through high school and college as a photographer, including stints as a stringer for Rolling Stone and Texas Monthly, promised to limit the display to 100 pictures. (Ornish also proudly showed off pictures of his 9-year-old son, Lucas, from a previous marriage.)
After lunch, Dean Ornish strolled back to the institute. From his third-floor office, he began fishing in his Medicare files.
Medicare's final approval of Ornish's health plan - exercise, meditation, diet and support groups - is expected by Sept. 1. Ornish and his team at his nonprofit institute are ramping up training of health care practitioners around the country, with the goal of establishing more clinics within hospitals to administer the Ornish program.
Ornish already has begun a dialogue with Medicare to eventually broaden coverage to include Type 2 diabetes, breast cancer and prostate cancer.
Now, as the second five-year study winds down, Ornish knows his patients are feeling great, but he is eager to have objective measurements.
Midday, Ornish was called from his office to the second floor, where the 30 men in his five-year study gathered for their weekly session. One by one, they shared stories of how their lives have been changed by cancer and by Ornish's treatment.
Luck
"I found out five years ago I had cancer," said Stewart Oberman, 66, of Mill Valley. "The doctor told me to come back and let him know if I wanted radiation or surgery. When I told him I wanted to try the Ornish and Carroll program, he told me, 'You are pushing your luck.' I have lost 15 to 20 pounds. My blood pressure, cholesterol and PSA (Prostate-Specific antigen) levels went way down. The last two biopsies I had didn't find cancer."
After the session, Ornish hugged many of the participants.
"What we do is not just about unclogging arteries or getting PSA levels down," he said. "This is not a business; it's a service. We are a conspiracy of love."

"According to shamans of the entire world," writes Dr. Narby, communication with healing spirits is established "via music. For [shamans] it is almost inconceivable to enter the world of spirits and remain silent. Angelica Gebhart Sayer discusses the visual music projected by the spirits in front of the shaman's eyes. It is made up of three-dimensional images that coalesce into sound, and that the shaman imitates by emitting corresponding melodies." In a provocative footnote to himself, Narby adds, "I should check whether DNA emits sound or not."
One school of thought insists that humans are actually made of sound and that DNA itself may be a form of sound. Drawing on meticulously documented research, Harvard-trained Leonard Horowitz explains that DNA emits and receives both phonons and photons, or electromagnetic waves of sound and light. In the 1990s, according to Dr. Horowitz, "three Nobel laureates in medicine advanced research that revealed the primary function of DNA lies not in protein synthesis ... but in the realm of bioacoustic and bioelectric signaling." In recent years a new artistic field called DNA music has even begun to flourish. It therefore seems appropriate, at the very least, to compare DNA to a keyboard with a number of keys that produce the music of life.
But what if on some level we are made of sound? What if in the beginning was the Word? What if the music of the spheres is no myth? What if we ourselves are a harmonic convergence? What if the holographic grid of our being is a linguistic and musical interface between higher-dimensional light, which might be considered a form of divine thought or intention, and sound in higher-dimensional octaves? After all, String theory posits the existence of many different, theoretically accessible dimensions that appear notationally linked much like strings on a guitar.
Narby repeatedly makes the point that shamans use sound because this allows them to transform some aspect of the genetic code. If DNA is indeed a text, a keyboard, a musical score; if it is true that this score can be rewritten so that it plays a new type of music; and if we live not just in a holographic but in a harmonic universe, then it seems plausible that our bioenergy fields are at least in part composed of higher-dimensional sound.
When my partner Leigh and I began developing a method of DNA activation called Regenetics, we discovered through kinesiology (muscle testing) that each of the body's auric or electromagnetic fields corresponds not just to a chakra but to a third-dimensional sound octave. Energetically, our research indicates that humans are built of a vertical series of light-processing chakras interfacing with concentric electromagnetic fields (which are sonic in nature) to form the three-dimensional holographic matrix that produces our physical body.
At the genetic level, sound gives rise to light. In a paper entitled "A Holographic Concept of Reality" appearing in PSYCHOENERGETIC SYSTEMS in 1975, a team of researchers headlined by Richard Alan Miller first outlined a compelling model of "ener-genetic" expression resulting in "precipitated reality": "Superposed coherent waves of different types in the cells interact to form diffraction patterns, firstly in the acoustic [sound] domain, secondly in the electromagnetic [light] domain." This leads to the manifestation <http://www.selfgrowth.com/manifestation.html> of physical form as a "quantum hologram--a translation between acoustical and optical holograms." Significantly, this sound-light translation mechanism that creates the somatic experience of reality functions in the genome.
This is not the place to provide a full treatment of the science of quantum bioholography. Rather, I wish to emphasize that according to this model that is attracting many proponents as more and more of its precepts are confirmed, it is becoming apparent that DNA directs cellular metabolism and replication not just biochemically but electromagnetically through a chromosomal mechanism that translates sound into light waves, and vice versa. Sound and light, or phonons and photons, establish a sophisticated communication network throughout the physical organism that extends into the bioenergy fields and back to the cellular and subcellular levels.
Recalling Edgar Cayce's prediction that "sound would be the medicine of the future," Jonathan Goldman in HEALING SOUNDS: THE POWER OF HARMONICS coined the following inspirational formula: sound + intention = healing. If we define intention as a form of conscious light energy roughly equivalent to thought, an idea consistent with many shamanic traditions such as that of the Toltecs of Mesoamerica, we can translate Goldman's formula as:
SOUND + LIGHT = HEALING.

Recently, the ability of sound and light to heal DNA was scientifically documented by a Russian research team of geneticists and linguists. Russian linguists discovered that the genetic code, especially in the so-called junk portion, follows regular grammar and usage rules virtually identical to those of human languages. This invalidates many modern linguistic theories by proving that language did not appear randomly but reflects humanity's shared genetics. In THE GOD CODE bestselling author Gregg Braden further demonstrates that the ancient four-letter Hebrew name for God (YHVH) is actually code for DNA based on the latter's chemical composition of nitrogen, oxygen, hydrogen, and carbon. This assertion, with its vast implications relative to DNA's universal role as a divine language spoken through the body, has been peer-reviewed and accepted by many scholars of Hebrew.
Fritz Albert Popp’s Nobel prize-winning research establishes that every cell in the body receives, stores and emits coherent light in the form of biophotons. In tandem with biophonons, biophotons maintain electromagnetic frequency patterns in all living organisms. In the words of Dr. Stephen Lindsteadt, this matrix that is produced and sustained by frequency oscillations "provides the energetic switchboarding behind every cellular function, including DNA/RNA messengering. Cell membranes scan and convert signals into electromagnetic events as proteins in the cell's bi-layer change shape to vibrations of specific resonant frequencies." Emphasizing that every "biochemical reaction is preceded by an electromagnetic signal," Lindsteadt concludes, "Cells communicate both electromagnetically and chemically and create biochemical pathways that interconnect all functions of the body."
Russian scientists Peter Gariaev and Vladimir Poponin have also explored DNA's extraordinary electromagnetic properties. Their research shows that DNA has a special ability to attract photons, causing the latter to spiral along the helix-shaped DNA molecule instead of proceeding along a linear path. In other words, DNA has the amazing ability--unlike any other molecule known to exist--to bend or weave light around itself.
In addition, it appears that a previously undetected form of intelligent light or intention energy (emanating from higher dimensions and distinguishable from both gravity and electromagnetic radiation) which Dr. Eli Cartan first termed "torsion" in 1913 after its twisting movement through the fabric of space-time, gives rise to DNA. Many decades later, the concept of torsion energy was still alive and well enough to inspire an entire generation of Russian scientists, who authored thousands of papers on the subject in the 1990s alone. "A unified subliminal field of potentially universal consciousness apparently exists," writes Horowitz on the subject of the Russian studies, "and may be explained as emerging from a previously overlooked physical vacuum."
The ancient Greeks were well aware of this potent energy, calling it "aether" and understanding that it is directly responsible for universal manifestation <http://www.selfgrowth.com/manifestation.html> . In the 1950s Russian scientist Nicolai Kozyrev conclusively proved the existence of this life-giving subspace energy, demonstrating that, like time, it flows in a sacred geometric spiral that has been called phi, the Golden Mean, and the Fibonacci sequence. In the face of overwhelming evidence of its existence, modern scientists are returning to the notion of aether using such phrases as "zero point energy" and "vacuum potential." Recently, physicists Richard Feynman and John Wheeler went so far as to calculate that the amount of torsion energy contained inside a light bulb could literally bring the world's oceans to a boil!
This breakthrough research in the temporal physics of subspace establishes that torsion energy permeates the entire multidimensional galaxy and not only is responsive to but may actually be consciousness creatively experiencing itself in time. "To put it as bluntly as possible," writes renowned psychic and gifted scientific researcher David Wilcock, "you cannot separate consciousness and torsion waves--they are the same thing. When we use our minds to think, we are creating movements of electrical impulses in the brain, and when any electrical energy moves, torsion waves are also created."
According to the Russian findings, notes author Wynn Free, "this spiraling 'torsion' energy could actually be the substance of our human souls, and is therefore the precursor to the DNA molecule ... It already exists in the fabric of space and time before any physical life emerges." Elsewhere, Free remarks of transposons that these tiny segments of DNA can travel along the genome activating different parts of it when prompted by consciousness. In keeping with Dr. Gariaev's "Wave-based Genome" theory, Free concludes that DNA functions "somewhat like a computer chip, with different sections that can either be 'on' or 'off.'" Thus we can easily imagine how the torsion waves of human consciousness could program, or reprogram, DNA's binary code.
Similarly, the Gariaev group demonstrated that chromosomes function much like (re)programmable holographic biocomputers employing DNA's own electromagnetic radiation. Their research strongly suggests that human DNA is literally a genetic "text"; that chromosomes both produce and receive the information contained in these texts in order to encode and decode them, respectively; and that chromosomes assemble themselves into a holographic grating or lattice designed to generate and interpret highly stable spiral standing waves of sound and light that direct all biological functions. In other words, explain longtime genetics researchers Iona Miller and Richard Alan Miller in a superb article based partly on Gariaev's findings entitled "From Helix to Hologram," DNA's "code is transformed into physical matter, guided by light and sound signals."
Decades of research by Dr. Kikuo Chishima, a Japanese scientist, suggest that red blood cells are formed not in bone marrow, as is commonly believed, but in the intestinal villi. Red blood cells appear to be 1) guided by systemic frequency oscillations manifesting in the bioenergy blueprint and 2) capable of synthesizing DNA in order to differentiate into specific types of cells, which then migrate via the 90,000-mile-long capillary system to wherever they are needed. Writes Lindsteadt, "This open-ended system that connects to the lymphatic system, the meridian system and the connective tissue provides communication pathways for the flow of information and cellular instructions from the electromagnetic energy matrix."
One revolutionary corollary (of many) of this research is that, to activate DNA and stimulate healing on the cellular level, one can simply use our species' supreme expression of creative consciousness: words. While Western researchers clumsily cut and splice genes, Gariaev’s team developed sophisticated devices capable of influencing cellular metabolism through sound and light waves keyed to human language frequencies. Using this method, Gariaev proved that chromosomes damaged by X-rays, for instance, can be repaired. Moreover, this was accomplished noninvasively by simply applying vibration and language, or sound combined with intention, or words, to DNA.
According to Iona Miller and Richard Miller, “Life is fundamentally electromagnetic rather than chemical, the DNA blueprint functioning as a biohologram which serves as a guiding matrix for organizing physical form.” Arguably the most far-reaching implication of the research cited in this article is that DNA can be activated through conscious linguistic expression (somewhat like an antenna) to reset the bioenergy fields, which in turn (like orbiting communication satellites) can transmit radio and light signals to restore the proper cellular structure and functioning of the human body.

moves into the second level: The life-giving Sexual Centre.
Of course this level is always activated, but when the awakening energy
moves into it the sexual energy is felt differently - and very strongly.
(Then, in pops guilt.)
The awakening energy is very different from what people normally feel.
When most people feel sexual it is the reproduction instinct that is
restricted and pressured by the suppressed/negated/denied/conditioned/fear-
oriented religious programming. Lust. Very sinful.
(If people feel free to have sex when they feel like it - in theory at
least, we will not get much done. And then, people will not be controllable.
So the basic instinct is denied - so people feel guilty - and have to come
for forgiveness - otherwise they can't go to heaven.
Heaven must be full of very boring people.)
When the awakening sexual energy starts to move it can feel (wonderfully)
overwhelming. It takes over the mind and body - which, if accepted, and not
resisted, in a delightful way.
The actual sexual act is then very different from what has previously been
experienced. It is softer. Instead of a contraction in order to have an
orgasm, it is a gentle expanded feeling that slips into a flowing - and
often ongoing delightful experience. There is a strong feeling of love - for
the partner, oneself, and the universe in general. The feeling can last for
days. Or forever - if you will let it.
Your whole view of life changes. You are in love. Not the usual kind of
self/only-one-other love, but an expanded feeling that includes - everything
and everybody. There is dance and song in everything you do. You glow.
Then the sexual energy drops into balance.
It is not longer an issue - one way or the other, and you will become aware
that that energy we call sex is included in absolutely everything.
Then the energy moves on up to the next level - the Hara / survival / anger.
More of that in the next instalment.
In the meantime, do enjoy the sexual level.
(It is very, very rare to meet an uninhibited person)
Without the guilt it is truly delightful - and, although it may not
completely disappear, it will diminish in importance to you.
So don't miss this delightful stage! (And don't get too addicted either)
Happy sexual exploration...

PS.
Western Tantra is not Eastern Tantra.
There are many schools/disciplines' of Tantra, and one of them includes
intimate sexual contact with a partner. Although sex is included, the
emphasis is not on the sex (no orgasms please) but intimate union with God.
Eastern Tantra is conducted by a Tantric Master.
The first stage is meditation. After a certain level is reached the Master
pairs off couples. Each person is to see their partner as God - therefore
even to look at the partner is too presumptive. After a while, looking, then
speaking, then touching, then sexual intercourse - with God.
For you? No need to take it so seriously.
Having fun as well is more balanced.--------------------------------------------
Excerpt from Tao 1: The Way of All Life
Tao Is the Source of All Universes
By Master Zhi Gang Sha, MD
Tao is the source of all universes. Tao creates One. In fact,
Tao is One and One is Tao. One creates Two. Two is
Heaven and Earth, yang and yin. Heaven and Earth i
nteract to produce all souls and all things in all universes,
but they all come from Tao.
To study and practice Tao is advanced soul study and
practice. It is most important to understand that everything
has a Tao. I explained above the Tao of eating, the Tao of
sleeping, and the Tao of soul healing. In fact, there is a Tao
for every aspect of your life. For example, business has a Tao.
A relationship has a Tao. To realize the Tao in any aspect of
life is to follow the spiritual principles and laws to ensure
your success in that part of life.
Take healing as another example. How can all of a person’s
sicknesses in the physical, emotional, mental, and
spiritual bodies be healed? What is the Tao of
healing? To heal all sicknesses in these four bodies, the
Tao of healing can be summarized in one sentence:
The Tao to heal all sickness is
Shen Qi Jing He Yi
Shen represents all souls in the whole body, including the
souls of systems, organs, and cells. Qi represents all energies
in the whole body, including the energies of systems, organs,
and cells. Jing represents all matter in the whole body,
including the matter of
systems, organs, and cells. A person’s physical, emotional,
mental, and spiritual bodies are made of soul, energy, and
matter. Any kind of sickness is due to an imbalance in and
the separation of Shen Qi Jing. To join Shen Qi Jing as one
is to balance the whole
body. To join Shen Qi Jing as one is to return to Tao.
Remember the process of reverse creation of Tao that
I shared in chapter 1:
all things ➔
Three ➔ Two ➔ One ➔
TAO return
Shen Qi Jing He Yi (pronounced shun chee jing huh yee)
is to return to Tao. I am honored to share this highest divine
secret to heal and transform all life. This highest secret can
be summarized in one sentence:
To return to Tao is the solution for
healing,
rejuvenating, transforming, and
enlightening all life.
How can one apply Shen Qi Jing He Yi to heal all
sicknesses? This is the way to do it. Apply the Four
Power Techniques that I shared in my book Power
Healing: The Four Keys to Energizing Your Body, Mind, & Spirit.
Body Power. Sit up straight. Put the tip of your tongue
as close as you can to the roof of your mouth without
touching it. Put one palm on your abdomen. Place your
other palm over this hand.
Soul Power. Say hello:
Dear Divine, dear Tao, dear saints in Heaven.
I am honored to invoke you to request healing
for (state your healing request silently or aloud).
Mind Power. Visualize the Jin Dan (golden
light ball) rotating counterclockwise in your Lower Dan
Tian, a foundational energy center located in your lower
abdomen.
A renowned ancient Chinese statement about
spiritual healing is:
Jin guang zhao ti,
bai bing xiao chu
“Jin” means golden. “Guang” means light. “Zhao”
means shine. “Ti” means body. “Bai” means one
hundred, which represents every or all. “Bing” means
sickness. “Xiao chu” means to remove. Therefore,
“Jin guang zhao ti, bai bing xiao chu” (pronounced jeen
gwahng jow tee, bye bing shee-ow choo) means:
Golden light shines;
all sicknesses are removed.
Visualizing a golden light ball rotating counterclockwise
in your Lower Dan Tian is absolutely one of the most
important Tao healings for all sicknesses.
Sound Power. Sing or chant:
Shen Qi Jing He Yi
Shen Qi Jing He Yi
Shen Qi Jing He Yi
Shen Qi Jing He Yi
Shen Qi Jing He Yi
Shen Qi Jing He Yi
Shen Qi Jing He Yi . . .
Sing or chant for three minutes now. Remember, I
explain in the beginning of every book of the Soul
Power Series that when I ask you to spend time to
practice, do not skip the practice. Three to five
minutes of practice per time is vital for healing, rejuvenation,
and life transformation. In fact, to heal chronic
and life-threatening conditions, you must practice
at least two hours per day in total.
My new teaching is that the fastest way to heal is to
sing or chant all the time, either silently or aloud.
Every moment of singing or chanting is healing and
transforming. The more you sing or chant, the faster
you could heal.
Shen Qi Jing He Yi is a mantra. This mantra is
extremely powerful, beyond words and comprehension.
Practice more and more. A great healing result is waiting for you.
Mother Earth is in a transition period, with many natural
disasters, conflicts between nations and religions,
communicable diseases and other sicknesses, wars,
financial challenges, and all kinds of problems for
humanity and Mother Earth. How can we
apply Tao to serve humanity and Mother Earth at this
critical historic period?
All problems in humanity, Mother Earth, and
all universes are due to imbalance in and separation
of Heaven, Earth, and human beings. To help humanity,
Mother Earth, and all universes rebalance and reunite,
I will share an extremely powerful Tao practice. This
practice is so powerful that we cannot use any words
and thoughts to explain or comprehend it. This Tao
practice can be summarized in one sentence:
Tian Di Ren He Yi
“Tian” means Heaven. “Di” means Mother Earth. “Ren”
means human being. “He yi” means join as one. Therefore,
“Tian di ren he yi” (pronounced tyen dee wren huh yee)
means Heaven, Earth, and human being join as one.
This is one of the highest philosophies of Tao.
Tian Di Ren He Yi is Heaven, Earth, and human being
returning to Tao. Remember that to return to Tao is
the solution for everything in your life, the lives of your loved
ones, the life of humanity, and
the lives of all souls. In one sentence:
To return to Tao is the way of all life.
