Once again I woke up with this subject hovering around to write about.

Have felt daunted about how to write about it – especially as the writing has not
been so flowing lately.  Although on one level it feels so clear to me, I felt there
was no way I could explain.

Then opened the computer to find this from Alan! Clearly and wonderfully explained.
Perfect. Thank you Hathors.  Please consider this essential reading for… anyone who
would like the maximum from their lives.

Extracts from Tom Kenyon channeling of the Hathors:
"Your perception of reality is fundamentally a personal creation. It is
influenced by the collective perception of your culture, time, place and
circumstance, but fundamentally your perception of what is real and
not real is a creation—your creation.”

"During collective transition states of consciousness it is helpful to
remember that each person is the creator of his or her own reality,
and in the midst of chaos people will make different choices and
enter different personal realities.”

"When a person passes through the transition state of consciousness
you call death there are several options. If you are in a spiritual tradition
the central figure of which is a guru, avatar or savior, you can follow the
path of this being into the vibratory realm of his/her consciousness. In
some religions this is known as heaven."

"If you follow the path of a guru, avatar or savior understand that you
are entering into his/her heaven, her/his vibratory attainment, and by
necessity you enter also into his/her limitations in consciousness.”

"In summation, due to the intensifying phases of the Chaotic Node many
of you will find yourselves in transitional states of consciousness.
Regardless of what level you find yourself engaged in, whether it be
your personal life, the collective experience, or the transition state you
call death, know that you are the creator of your reality.”

Simple little sentences – vast significance. Vast. Your mind has absolutely no
idea how vast, and does not have the facility to mentally comprehend.

Everything we think we see and experience is a result of the (restricted)
information we have absorbed. Everything. We assume how we see things
is the way they are – for everybody. Not so.

I do hope the following makes this very clear for you – enough for you to
reorientate your priorities in life. Soon!

Everyone who wants to know what is really going on on the material level on this planet needs to watch this. Not that many of you will find the time I suppose (it took me weeks to get around to it, and haven’t finished yet) It makes what is going on very, very clear, and in a very simple and understandable way.

I already knew all that is conveyed here, but my mind has difficulty fully comprehending that - as a species, we really are committing suicide.

An unusual aspect of this video is that it proposes a solution!
Not politics, not corporations, not religion - but science.

Instead? ‘Just' needs a global shift in consciousness.

…coming to a consciousness very near to what you call you.

An absolute Must Watch! To the end.
(Thank you for sending Monica.)

Drunvalo seems to be talking about the same things I have been attempting to share (even with myself) - on a much more expanded level, and with seemingly much, much more conscious experience and knowledge.

At one level, he is sharing the same information I have had come through. The things I resonate with is that something is coming about which we have no facility with which to to identify. New. As he says: Exciting!

As I see it, the time for the personal is over. The Experiment Is Over.

For a smooth transition, this new possibility needs to be our every moment  unconditional priority.
The priority now is to take care of clearing up. Everything.
Unconditionally. Now.

(And it could be that this is just one level of consciousness as well.)

Sending you all lots of love…
Getting lots like this – most saying change is already happening.

Can’t be too sure how true that is as our perspective is so tiny. Such changes in weather and earth patterns could have been happening over millions of years, and we do not have the records to recognise the frequency.  And, it does feel me as though something is changing/happening.

(I know I have mentioned this before. Whenever the family got into an upset my father would say: “Don’t take it so seriously – we could just be part of someone’s furniture.” Our perspective is so… self centred. We are the most important in the universe? Check out some perspectives – outer and inner – as included in this link: http://www.headless.org/experiments-video.htm   Comparatively, we have as much space on the inside as on the outside.)

Not in this one, but one thing that is often mentioned in these articles is about how the ‘evil people’ will get their punishment.  I suggest we let go of this idea. Totally. Here is what that is about.

It does feel as though there is a major change taking place, and it is on an energy level. The energy/frequency/vibrational level does seem to be changing/increasing – and it is, and will continue to, have a powerful effect on every level – material, body, mind emotions, and consciousness.

The more clear we are, the smoother will be the transition. Anything being held could get stimulated – radically – to the point of gross physical and mental instability. (I think that is already happening.)

So we need to stop holding – anything. (Even medical science is starting to see that held emotions can cause a body breakdown.)

Still holding a resentment? Let it go. Resentments are not only poison, they are juvenile, stupid. (And not being responsible, they rarely take into perspective our own contribution to the event.)

So, as we have been sharing over all these years – stop holding, anything, and start to live your absolute truth – every single moment.

How we live really does have consequences – both ways.
The more we genuinely contribute, the more we feel blessed.

This has been floating around for some days.
It is still not fully formed - and, as I would prefer it out and done,
here goes.

Recently, several people have been asking me about my past.

When someone asks: "What was your experience with...."
the experience I am getting when attempting to share is interesting.
When thinking of the past several experiences take place simultaneously.
Here is an attempt to explain.

First let me explain - as I go to write this, right now, I have no idea
what is going to come out. My mind does not have it clear or organised
enough to explain it even to myself. I have attempted to share before, but
it never felt clear.  So quite a bit of rambling may happen.

When I go to access what my mind tells me is the past I am aware of the
studies that show that the mind is notoriously inaccurate, and remembers
the past in the way that the mind wants to remember the past. Each person
remembers the same event in different ways - according to what is most
convenient for them.

When thinking of the past there is a feeling that the person being
remembered is not actually me. A familiarity, but not actually this person
who is attempting to remember him in the past. I do not feel intimately
identified with that person.  They do feel familiar, and it does seem that
the remembered event did take place, but I do not feel like that person.

(In fact, it now feels like that in each moment. That is another level.)

So I wonder, at what age does 'the average person' start identify with
their past self?  This is what I mean.

When you see a photograph of a small baby, who your parents tells you
was/is you, do you feel a personal connection? Do you feel that is 'you'?
Then when older - at what age do you feel as though the person in the
photograph is you? I do not mean accessing your mind to remember, I am
talking about an actual feeling of intimate connection at the level of
such intimacy that you and the person in the photograph are one?

I have never had that. Ever. It is as though what we call the past dies in
each moment. There is only now. This now. Now.

(And the future is yet to happen - maybe.)

To me, thoughts of the past and the future are entertainment - mind games.
Fun - and absolutely nothing to do with the moment. (Let's not get into this one -
even the moment has nothing to do with anything.)

Change of tempo.

If a question is asked of the past that is relevant to the present, then
it is part of the present, but if it is just idle chatter - then it is -
idle chatter.

(If the question about the past is genuine, sincere, then it is more
likely to be presented in the form of a statement.)

One questioner asked: "Isn't the present built on the past."
Unfortunately, for most people, yes.
And as the past is dead, their lives not very alive either.

Almost all true innovations are an unconnected leap.
Not modifications, but innovations - a bolt from....

At some time I came to realise that what 'they' have been saying is true -
there is no past and there is no future - there is only now.
What we call past and future are just... not an accurate way of saying
it... all happening (and not happening) at once - on different vibrational
levels of what we call reality. (And each has its own reality/unreality.)

In the late 70's I used to spend private time with an Indian Guru.
He said: "You are to be my successor. Everything will be yours."
With a smile, he followed this by saying: "When I leave my body - run."
Contradiction? Not if you see the present in multi realities.

And there is nowhere to run - for everywhere you go - there you are!
So best to take it easy - and enjoy this very moment - just as it is.

Which brings up another point.
Someone asked how they can enjoy the moment when they are unhappy.
Suggestion. If you are born blind, you can either spend your life
complaining about it - or explore the maximum potential of each moment -
within the circumstance in which you find yourself. That sort of thing.

Sending love...

Hi Love…

>Somehow I feel closer to you lately. Good feeling.

Happy to hear that.
I always feel you close. Brother.

>This is not "exactly" a complaint... but sometimes I miss the ecstasy I
>was immersed >in in 2001

In my experience, the blissful feeling comes and goes.
Has not been lately. Just a stage? Contamination? Hope not – I enjoyed.
Not sure what is/is not now.

>Do you have any "recipe" for that happening again?

I would not 'dare' request anything that is not happening on its own.
A slight preference may be 'permitted' - meaning little consequence,
but any level of request, is, as you say, a complaint to what is.

>what makes the difference?

Acceptance? Being with what is?
I find the 'deepest' state is just being with what is/is not, in the
moment.

We all, and the planet, do seem to be in rapid change at the moment don't
we. Fun.

Way back in the 70's I read "The Late Great Planet Earth."
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Late,_Great_Planet_Earth
And one other book of predictions.

They predicted what would (is) happening to planet earth (complete with
map) and listed in chronological order the events that would lead up to The Big
Event.  As I remember, it included the assignations of the Kennedy's and lots of
other events.  One interesting one was when Mount Etna in Italy erupted. It did –
yesterday.

As with all – not to be taken seriously of course!

Sending you lots of love dear Alejandro…

The English aristocrats are not famous for being gentle, loving and caring
people.

Here is an article published in an English newspaper that I think
illustrates that?

I think it is a good example of the difference between the approaches of
the head and the heart; the mind and the intuition.

(I used to know someone who went to school with Prince Charles.
He described him as caring person.)

-----------------------------------------------

This seemed a brutal observation from a kindly and temperate man, but he
went on to justify it: ‘We spend our lives here educating a new
–generation to understand that rational behaviour requires us to reach
conclusions and make –decisions by examining evidence.

‘Yet now we have the heir to the throne demanding — not in a –throwaway
remark, but in an entire book to which he has just put his name — that we
should reject science and evidence in favour of following our instincts.
This is surely disturbing.’

The Prince’s new book Harmony is indeed a startling piece of work. He
begins it by writing: ‘This is a call to revolution. “Revolution” is a
strong word, and I use it deliberately. For more than 30 years I have been
–working to identify the best solutions to the array of deeply entrenched
problems we face.

The Queen: She has never said a word to raise a hackle for almost 60 years

‘Having considered these questions long and hard, my view is that our
outlook in the Westernised world has become far too firmly framed by a
mechanistic approach to science.’

He continues: ‘This approach is entirely based upon the gathering of the
results that come from subjecting physical phenomena to scientific
experiment.’

Though the Prince says he does not dismiss all science as bosh, his book
is a call to arms against ‘the great juggernaut of industrialisation’
which he deplores.

Some of his phrases are –messianic: ‘I would be failing in my duty to
future generations and to the Earth itself if I did not attempt to point
this out and indicate possible ways we can heal the world.’

Obsessively convinced of his own rightness, he views his –critics with the
weary –resignation of an early Christian martyr: ‘It is probably
–inevitable that if you challenge the –traditions of conventional thinking
you will find yourself accused of naivety.’
Now, you may say it’s a fine thing we have an heir to the throne who cares
passionately about the planet and is determined to do something about it.
But what if his prescriptions are wrong?

At the heart of the Queen’s brilliant success for almost 60 years is that
we have been denied the slightest clue as to what she thinks about
anything but dogs and horses. Her passivity has been inspired, because her
subjects can then attribute any –sentiments they choose to her. She has
never said a word to raise a hackle.

Prince Charles, by contrast, wears his heart on his sleeve. He outraged
the medical –profession by bullying the last government into providing NHS
funding for his cherished homeopathic –medicine. This, doctors pointed
out, meant transferring tax–payers’ money from proven remedies to quackery
— panaceas for which there is no scientific evidence at all.
A leading breast cancer –specialist, Professor Michael Baum, wrote an open
letter to the British Medical Journal after the Prince suggested drinking
carrot juice and taking coffee bean enemas might help to –combat cancer.
The Professor furiously wrote that his own 40 years of study and 25 years’
involvement in cancer research might be thought to offer at least as solid
a basis for addressing this issue as the Prince’s ‘power and authority,
which rest on an –accident of birth’.

Charles makes many enemies with his views and his influence on government
decisions
The Government is –committed to trialling genetically modified crops,
which many agriculturalists think offer the best hope of feeding the
people of the world. But the Prince repeatedly –condemns GM as the devil’s
work — just as he opposes nuclear power and much –modern architecture.

Constitutionally, it’s –irrelevant whether his views are right or wrong:
by wading into –high-–profile controversies and using his status to
influence government decisions, he may please green enthusiasts, but he
also makes many enemies — some of them much more clever –people than
himself, who reject his ideas about how to better humanity.
In this way, he compromises the Royal Family.

A courtier recently said to me: ‘You shouldn’t worry about this. Charles
knows that from the day he becomes King, he must keep his mouth shut.’ But
in the same week, one of the Prince’s –intimate circle privately said:
‘The nation is ready for a –visionary monarchy.’
I believe that if the Prince and those around him think any such thing,
Charles would hit trouble as fast and hard as a truck –crashing into a
wall when he’s the occupant of the throne.
Nobody doubts that he is an honourable man who wants to do good. His
Prince’s Trust has made a remarkable contribution to helping the young get
started in trades and businesses.

Kate and Prince William: Polls want him to be the next king, bypassing his
father
But Charles insists upon addressing a range of issues wider and deeper
than any –mortal man — unless he has a mind of genius, as the Prince
certainly does not — can sensibly encompass. Some of his book reads like
the ravings of a Buddhist mystic.
I once incurred princely wrath by suggesting to him that he would be
judged by what he is rather than by what he does — that being heir to the
throne is not a government office.

Jeremy Paxman makes the same point in his book on –royalty: ‘The Prince
had –consistently misunderstood or ignored a basic truth at the heart of
the relationship between –royalty and the people.
‘He seemed to believe his significance lay in what he believed and did.
The truth was simply that his significance lay in who he was.’
An acquaintance of the Prince argued to me recently that we should not
worry about his behaviour because anybody who spends time with him quickly
sees that he is potty, and thus harmless.
I would agree — if his –eccentricities were confined to collecting
matchboxes or –dressing up as Napoleon.
But he is so set in his ways, so accustomed to not being contradicted —
because those who argue with him are swiftly expelled from his counsels —
that I am convinced that if he becomes King he will persist in trying to
save the world, and thus precipitate a crisis.
He craves the return of what he thinks was a happier, –simpler, more
‘natural’ world — for instance, he deplores inter–ference with primitive
tribes.

A person who knows him well says: ‘I used to think Camilla could sort him
out, but it’s too late. He’s a spoilt baby.’
He writes: ‘If we continue to engineer the extinction of the last
remaining indigenous, –traditional societies, we –eliminate one of the
last remaining sources of wisdom.’

He does not stop to ask what happens if the peoples of those indigenous
societies want TVs and mobile phones, or even medicines to save them from
some of the horrible diseases to which primitive man fell victim.
Rural grandees such as –himself may have enjoyed times past, but peasants
certainly did not.

The industrial growth which he hates has brought huge benefits to mankind.
He seems oblivious to the –tension between his grand vision about how
others should live and his personal financial profligacy; his enthusiasm
for using helicopters and keeping every light blazing in Clarence House at
all hours.
Now, he is not a bad man, but I think he is a very dangerous one for the
monarchy, if allowed to ascend the throne.

I remain apprehensive that his eagerness to become King derives from hopes
of using the position to promote his dotty causes. A person who knows him
well says: ‘I used to think Camilla could sort him out, but it’s too late.
He’s a spoilt baby.’
The Queen’s triumph — and that of Prince Philip, whose achievement is
often –underrated — has been rooted in a –discipline that Charles utterly
lacks.
For they recognise that being royal, far from allowing crowned heads to do
as they choose, makes it essential to exercise iron control over one’s
–every word and deed.
Prince Philip has occasionally committed indiscretions, but these are
trifling in a lifetime as consort. Some unkind things are said about the
royal –couple’s failure as parents. Yet their –contribution to our nation
far outweighs any domestic shortcomings.
The argument in royal circles now –concerns whether the Queen’s passive
style of monarchy will suffice for a new age.
When she ascended to the throne in 1952, Britain was a homogeneous white
country with a culture symbolised by beer, country churches, cricket, the
Radio Times and Miss Marple. Today, however, the ethnic and cultural
make-up of the nation is changing fast.

According to one projection, by 2051 the ‘white British’ –proportion of
the population will fall to 67 per cent, then decline to only 50 per cent
by the end of the century. A significant proportion of the children of
minorities will, meanwhile, become assimilated and adopt our traditional
values, perhaps including respect for the monarchy.

But it seems rash to expect too much, when the ‘white British’ are
diminishingly confident about what our values are.

They are scarcely churchgoing Christians. Even the Church of England is
racked with doubts about its own beliefs. That other great British
institution, the BBC, often seems more concerned with providing a platform
for minorities than with articulating the views of the majority.
If I was advising Prince –William and Kate Middleton, I would urge they
confine their public remarks to politeness and platitudes.

Even fish and chips are history. Tea is not the national opiate it once
was — if you asked for a ‘cuppa char’ in many fast-food places, the Polish
girl staring blankly across the –counter might think you were making an
indecent suggestion.
Some younger courtiers argue that a ‘more relevant’ monarchy will be
necessary, to engage with the new Britain. I suggest that they are wrong.
The best hope for the future is to maintain the Queen’s great tradition,
of being all things to all her subjects by remaining a smiling, but
silent, monarch.

In the days when royal –advisers occasionally sought my –opinions as a
newspaper editor, my –counsel was always the same: ‘Say nothing, say
nothing, say nothing.’ I thought the various– confessional interviews by
the Prince and Princess of Wales were –suicidal. Charles’ book –Harmony
can promote only disharmony around the throne.

If I was advising Prince –William and Kate Middleton, I would urge they
confine their public remarks to politeness and platitudes.

At all costs, I would –forswear interviews and documentaries designed to
reveal ‘the real William’ and ‘the real Kate’. For our sakes, as well as
theirs, we should not go there.
Modern kings and queens must remain distant symbols of glamour, beauty and
decency — or they become nothing. In the mid-21st century, as ever, once
the public knows too much, the magic will be gone.

Happily for us all, there is every reason to suppose that the Queen will
reign on for at least another decade. By then, it should be obvious that
it would be madness to allow a quirky, stubbornly opinionated and
contentious old man to assume the throne — that the best hope for
Britain’s –monarchy lies with William and Kate.
The most important task, meanwhile, is to prevent the media’s obsession
with the young royals from tarnishing or destroying the couple.
I remain optimistic that the monarchy will survive. While many British
people are indifferent to it today, few are actively hostile — a state of
affairs which reflects the Queen’s achievement.
But anyone who reads the Prince of Wales’ new book will have little doubt
that the chief peril to our royal institution in the decades ahead lies
within his well-meaning, muddled, woolly head.

Interview with Alan Steinfeld on Never Not Here
http://www.nevernothere.com/taxonomy/term/1172/all

Richard Miller, founder of Never Not Here writes about this interview:
I thoroughly relate to Alan, so much of me
Is there a synergy?  Or just admiration from afar will suffice?

In one hour I fell so much in love with Alan, so I am thinking, what can we do together?
Or should I leave a space entitled (an Alan and me project) and see if anything fills it?
Often I do not direct my life with great dreams.  Maybe I'll let him think of it?

Also I might say that often I am a recluse who doesn't reach out to see what others are doing.
I am fulfilled enough by my own "so-called" necessities, or dharma.
Maybe that will change.

With NewRealities Alan tirelessly presents new thought to the world audience of his television and radio presence.
He organizes events, publishes a newsletter zeroing in on all the latest happenings and trends and is a focal point for the community of creative innovation.

New Realities are emerging on this planet. That means that the way people think about themselves and the world are changing. There is an influx of higher knowledge that is emanating from "the Unknown."

The veil between the dimensions is getting thinner and many people are opening up to new experience that some have called "spiritual." But I say we should not limit ourselves with the use of that word. I prefer to say that new realities are expanding our abilities to be more human; to feel more of the subtleties of our incarnational experience.

Alan Steinfeld started NewRealities as a personal quest to connect with the consciousness of that spirit. Here you will find many points of view, that have all been factors in my search for understanding. And if you are here it means you are exploring new realities too.

The new paradigms are still coming in formation. They have not yet arrived, because formation involves trans-formation from old way of seeing to new ideas about what is possible. And from all of these pursuits I extracted my own unique vision of the truth and the answers to my personal quest.

BASHAR:
We would like to begin this transmission
with the following brief ideas,
to lay a little bit of what you call
a foundation or a groundwork
for the primary principles that will generally be contained
in almost every subject we will discuss.

Many of you have heard us talk about certain tools,
certain states of being,... certain states of mind
that will allow you to understand who and what you are
as a person... as a being... as a personality,
a little bit more clearly.

For it is in understanding the structure
and the nature of yourself as a person and as a being
that will allow you to make changes...
make shifts in your reality in the manner that you desire...
in the manner that you prefer... more effortlessly...
with the idea of less pain and more joy.

These ideas now are paramount
for what you call the "Age of Transition",
this "Age of Awareness" on your planet,
as you have named it,
and thus we are very happy to help to assist
in presenting concepts and tools that are handy,
that you can use very easily,
so that when applying them you can see the results
in yourselves and in your physical reality...
relatively quickly.

The idea first and foremost, of course,
always begins with self valuation.
We understand from our experience with many of you
that one of the most difficult things
that many of you now have to do on your planet...
is learn to value yourself.
Because you have forgotten your connection with the Infinite,
and because for thousands upon thousands of your years,
you have been taught to think of yourselves
as less than worthy... as undeserving...
as possessing little or no value...
and without an understanding of your worth,
without an understanding of your value,
no tool we would share with you would really be effective.

Only when you begin to learn... and behave... and hold true
that you are a worthwhile aspect of the Infinite,
that you are a beautiful... and unconditionally loved...
and supported aspect of Creation...
and hold yourself in the same value
that the Creation holds you in,
only really then will the tools be effective
in the strongest way possible.

It only makes sense, for the tools will only be
as strong and as powerful as the energy you give them,
because the energy comes from you... through you...
therefore you are the one that determines
the efficacy of the tool.
They do not really have the ability
to work of and by themselves
because they draw their energy from you--
they draw their realization capability from you.

So let us briefly lay down
a little bit of an outline of these ideas
so that we will have an understanding
and will have something to refer back to
as a base point... a base line.

First and foremost as we have said... self valuation.
From there comes the understanding
of what it means to be a personality structure.
A personality structure,
very briefly in recap for some of you,
in newness for others,
is based on three principles.
Your personality is an artificial construct...
it doesn't mean it isn't natural,
but it is a type of mask that is built...
or created... or fabricated from three ideas:
belief systems... emotions... and behavior.

You can understand the analogy of belief systems
being like the blueprints of a building.
The emotions are the builders--
the activation principles and energies
that get the building built,
and the behavior is the building material...
the thoughts and actions that you do.

So, you can instantly understand
that the nature of the blueprint...
the clarity of the design
will determine the ultimate product...
that the nature of the builders
will determine the quality of the product...
and that the nature of the building material
will determine the quality of the final building.

When those three things are in alignment,
you can understand that your reality will reflect
the idea of a strong structure... a strong reality...
that is stable in that way.
But if either your belief blueprint...
your emotional builder...
or your behavior building material
are somehow lacking or out of balance
in the idea of self worth and self valuation,
and are not aligned
with the other sides of the three sided prism,
then of course it would be obvious
that your building would be,
as you say in your language, a little bit wonky.

So, this whole idea is to help clarify
what those three components are really all about
and how to maintain them and bring them back into balance.

Now also it takes an understanding
that physical reality is really just a mirror
and it can only reflect what you put out.
There are really only Four Laws in Creation
that allow you to experience everything that you experience:

Law #1 is that You Exist.

Can't do much about that.
Now, when we talk first of all about laws,
we are not talking about the type of laws
that you have on your planet
that are in that sense,
arbitrary rules and regulations
that can be broken... or changed...
or rewritten... or ignored.
But the idea is even beyond
what many of you call laws of physics,
because even some of these
are only germane to your particular universal reality
and in other dimensions many of the so-called laws
that you have labeled do not really apply.

We are talking about real laws,
because real laws cannot be broken...
it is impossible.
And it is these four laws that give structure
to all of Creation.

So, as we have said...
Law #1 is that "you exist".
What that actually means
when taken out to its ultimate, logical understanding
is that if you exist now...
you always will and you always have.
Therefore you may change form
but you will always exist in some way, shape, or form,
because "Isness"
is the only quality that existence has.
It does not know how to become non-existence.
Non-existence is already full
of all the things that will never exist
and there is no room in non-existence
for that that does exist.
That which exists only has one quality... to be,
and thus that is the only thing it will always be.
So, if you do exist... you always will...
so relax...

Law #2: "The One is the All, and the All are the One."

This simply means that all of the pieces
together form "The One"...
and that "The One" is the one
that knows Itself, simultaneously,
as all the pieces... and as "The One".
What this means is
that Creation is not separate from the Creator,
but is made of the Creator
and that there is no outside to it,
everything that is...
every discrete person... place... thing...
every discrete concept...
every discrete part is a part of the one same whole.
And also holographically,
every single part is the whole
expressing itself as a part of the whole.
So the second law is "the One is All and the All are One".

Law #3: "What you put out is what you get back."
Very simple.
The energy you give off based on your beliefs...
your emotions... your behavior...
the vibrational frequency you give off
is what determines the kind of reality experience you have...
because physical reality doesn't exist
except as a reflection
of what you most strongly believe is true for you.
That is all that physical reality is.
It is literally like a mirror.

If you are looking in a mirror
and you see your face with a frown on it
you know that you don't go over to the mirror
and try to force the reflection to smile.
You know that if you want to see the reflection smile...
you must smile first.
There is no way to change the reflection
without you smiling first,
but you can also conversely understand
that when you decide to smile...
the reflection has no choice but to return the smile,
because it doesn't have a mind of its own.

So the idea to understand
is that physical reality
very much is really like a mirror;
it will not change until you do first,
but if you do...
it has no choice but to follow suit
because it is only a reflection
of what you have put out.

Law #4: "Change is the only constant,
and everything changes except the first three laws."

That's it--one, two, three, four--that's it!
Every experience you have ever had...
are having now...
or will ever have...
is based on a combination
of these four laws
to varying degrees...
That's it.

The idea to understand
is that when you allow yourself to make choices,
then your choices are based on your motivation
and your motivation is based on your definitions.
This is the other way to explain the three-part process.
Your behavior... your choices...
are based on your motivations.
Your motivations are based on your emotions
which stem from your definitions... which are your beliefs.
So anytime you are making a choice
it is always because you have been motivated
to make that choice.

Motivation only has two parts to it,
this is all there is to motivation.
You will always, in every single case,
you will always choose what you perceive to be
the choice that is closest to pleasure and furthest from pain.
That's it, that is your entire motivational force!

But notice I said you will choose what you perceive
to be closest to pleasure and furthest from pain
and that's where definitions come in...
because only as you define
what you believe to be pleasurable or painful
will you then be motivated to make choices
in accordance with that belief.

So, many times you may choose things
that on one level seem to be
detrimental... or destructive to you,
but if you keep choosing it that simply means
that you must have a definition in your belief system,
somewhere,
that says that regardless of how painful it is
to keep choosing that,
you are somehow defining it as being
less painful than making any other choice.
That's why it is so powerful to get in touch
with what your belief systems are...
because when you find out why
you may be defining something as pleasurable or painful
and you change the definition,
you will instantly change your motivation
and you will instantly change the choices that you make.

You are all motivated people,
none of you lack motivation...
none of you lack trust.
It's just a matter of where you are placing your trust
and what definitions you are motivated to act upon.
That's all there is to it.

This is how you simplify the things in your life...
by understanding them from the base on up.
From definition... through motivation... to choice.
From belief... through emotion... to behavior.
That's all there is to it... really.

The final thing that we will be including in this "tool kit",
is the idea that we have begun to talk about recently,
that is above and beyond the idea of belief...
and that is simple knowingness...
which comes from the idea of surrender... letting go.
Again, we understand that in many of the definitions
many of you have on your planet
regarding this word "surrender"
many of you will label this as a loss of some sort
or a lack of control of some sort...
and this is not the case.

Surrender,
if we may provide our definition,
is the letting go of the concept
of who you think you're supposed to be
and actually being who you are
because who you are is unlimited possibilities.
When you allow yourself to surrender
to the idea and the experience
that you are created in the image of the Infinite...
which means you are infinite possibilities...
then the physical reality which is only a mirror
can then reflect those unlimited possibilities
back to you... in the sychronicities
as they naturally unfold
in your physical day-to-day life.

Surrender is actually the acceptance of your total self.
It is not in that sense the forsaking of your total self
as many of you have been led to believe
through the definitions that your world has provided you with.
Definitions such as those only serve to limit you.
And this is what we want to share with you
and what we suggest you learn to give up... those limitations.

So that is really what we are going to be discussing
in all of these interactions,
variations of these principles,
it will usually all come down to that idea.
And of course it will usually always come down
to another principle that is all wrapped up in this
and that has to do with being your natural true self,
which in many cases is simply another way of saying
"Follow your joy".

Follow your excitement to the best of your ability
because the sensation that you call joy,
the sensation that you call excitement,
the sensation that you call unconditional love
is the frequency of the energy that represents
your natural... true... core... original self .
So when you are acting
on circumstances and opportunities
that bring with them the highest level of joy...
the highest level of excitement...
you are saying you have the faith
to take the steps to act upon your true self
and in so doing your physical reality... the mirror...
will support you
because it has no choice but to do so.

These are the principles that comprise
the tool kit of manifestation and change
and that's really all there is to it.
You will see that almost everything we discuss
will come down in one way, shape or form
to these ideas if it has to do with your own personal growth
and the expression of who and what you are.

Once again, we thank you for the opportunity
to experience this gift of sharing with you.
