On the Evolution of Consciousness presented by New Realities & Alan Steinfeld in conjuntion with and Jodi Serota of META Center
with Pam Grossman, Curtis Davis, Mark Passio, Gary Jensen  & Moderator, Alan Steinfeld

Thursday, June 27th
7pm - 9:45pm

What is the difference between the occult and spirituality?
Do the occult sciences still have value? Is there a reason for their secrecy?

Why is this knowledge now emerging and how can we use?Is it to activate a higher potential in ourselves?

The Occult has long been known for its secret knowledge. In today’s digital age it is now time to reveal this ancient wisdom and understand how it can be used to evolve consciousness. Join Alan Steinfeld of NewRealities as he asks these and other timely questions to a panel of leading experts who share their wisdom about the most mystical of Western traditions. The event will include the panel discussion and networking.

Pam Grossman is an independent curator, writer, and lifelong student of magical practice and history.  She is the creator of Phantasmaphile, a blog which specializes in art and culture with an esoteric or fantastical bent, and the Associate Editor of Abraxas International Journal of Esoteric Studies. As co-founder of the Brooklyn arts & lecture space, Observatory, her programming aims to explore mysticism via a scholarly yet accessible approach.

Curtis Davis began his study of the occult sciences at the age of 18. “After learning the truth about self examination, I could no longer turn back to the world of organized distorted doctrine”. His studies took him into the works of Dr Connie Zweig and Aleister Crowley, as well as the Kemetic Sciences. In the age of digital content Curtis took his knowledge of the occult sciences at the next level and founded The Occult Network, Inc. He has interviewed many of the biggest names in the esoteric genre such as John Anthony West, Robert Bauval, Dr Carmen Boulter, Lon Milo DuQuette and many others.  http://www.theoccultnetwork.com>

Mark Passio has undertaken the task of assembling vast amounts of research in the areas of metaphysics, occultism, spirituality, symbology and consciousness studies. In 2007, Mark began presenting this information to greater public awareness in the series entitled What On Earth Is Happening. In 2010, Mark began hosting his own weekly internet radio show, also called What On Earth Is Happening, which is now broadcast live every Sunday on the Oracle Broadcasting network. http://WhatOnEarthIsHappening.com

Emily_Tribute   In the body she was an amazing presence and will continue to be for anyone who had the good fortune to know her.  Karen and I both feel grateful for knowing her.  -  Robert Levine

The following has crisscrossed the country.  Its sentiment is so meaningful, I would like to share it with you, as we remember Emily. -Steve Anderson

"In the bottom of an old pond lived some grubs who could not understand why none of their group ever came back after crawling up the stems of the lilies to the top of the water.  They promised each other that the next one who was called to make the upward climb would return and tell what happened to him.  Soon one of them felt an urgent impulse to seek the surface; he rested himself on the top of a lily pad and went through a glorious transformation which made him a dragonfly with beautiful wings.  In vain he tried to keep his promise.  Flying back and forth over the pond, he peered down at his friends below.  Then he realized that even if they could see him they would not recognize such a radiant creature as one of their number."

The fact that we cannot see our friends or communicate with them after the transformation, which we call death, is no proof that they cease to exist.

With love and gratitude. . .

On this Thanksgiving day from the mountains in Northern Italy, I feel infinite gratitude to Emily for all that she has given...especially her unconditional love and her dedicated service that has impacted countless lives.

As her dear husband Len Belzer said to me while Emily was hospitalized and I was feeling sad I could not be there with her in New York: "Emily is aware that consciousness has no bounds and that we can communicate with her from where ever we are, when ever we can."

I wish to share something very special. On the night that Emily passed away (without my receiving the news) at around 10 pm (European time (4 pm EST)) I felt her presence very strongly. I put on our mutual friend in the Evolutionary Leaders circle, Deepak Chopra's 21-day meditation and begin to listen to it. About 45 minutes later I felt Emily even stronger and felt a very warm embrace and gentle breathing that begin to fade and an energy of pure peace came. The following morning I went to a Buddhist temple and meditated and again I felt her presence so strong but this time she was very joyful and her spirit seemed so light, carefree and even with her special Emily giggles. I felt so happy because I knew wherever she is, she is joyful.

I just arrived home this morning to read an email from our friend Gerard Senehi to our Evolutionary Leaders group that she passed at 4:55 pm the previous night. (10:55 pm my time  exactly when I felt her energy engulf me). I wish to thank her for the precious gift of being with me in consciousness during her time of transition and for reaffirming my belief that consciousness has no bounds. Even from the other side Emily is still serving with unconditional love. I love you Emily.

With infinite love and gratitude dear heart. Diane Williams

For Emily

How to understand what must have been a voyage down an un imaginable path.

How to figure how it could have happened.

The pain inside you dear Emily must have been intense.

Discovering The way to share and trust and find an expert that would know.

So many theories, tests and remedies.

So many scientific, mechanistic, and wholistic disciplines.

And where dear Emily were you as you took this trip into the unknown

Adventuring with strangers, asking questions,

But the answers always out of sight.

Flummoxed, flabbergasted, outraged, incomprehensive!

That a being so divine, so precious and adored could simply slip from us.

The mystery that is us continuing but where?

The answers to the questions always out of reach.

Must we trust this process that we call a life?

Never knowing when the miracle will take us to another place?

Never knowing really who and what it is that lights us, illuminates us and then leaves our flesh and bones to travel where!

Trying to fit others ego demands from childhood on.  Trying to create a loving life. Trying to be the best for everyone. Proving over and over how very great you are. When is enough? When is ok? When is the real reward and rest? Now dear heart. Now you know! Teach us, tell us what you know now!!

UFO1   Tricky Business of Disclosure: -

Recently the FBI issued the statement: “Sorry, no smoking gun on UFOs. The mystery remains…” This was due to the fact that a particular UFO memo is their overwhelming most viewed file of all their online posted material from their own publicly accessible website called “The Vault.” According to Wikipedia, a smoking gun is a piece of highly suggestive evidence that falls just short of being conclusive in favor of a particular hypothesis.  Despite the denial, the gun is still smoking… It is more than smoking it is on fire.

So what is going on?  First the FBI is calling even more attention to their most popular file titled "FLYING SAUCERS," that states matter of factly that “three flying saucers” and their ET inhabitants were taken to Wright-Patterson air force base in Ohio.  Now 63 years later, almost to the day, March 25, 2013, the FBI released the statement: “It’s the most popular file in the FBI Vault—our high-tech electronic reading room housing various Bureau records released under the Freedom of Information Act. Over the past two years, this file has been viewed nearly a million times. Yet, it is only a single page, relaying an unconfirmed report that the FBI never even followed up on.” Their extensive online file about Al Capone, doesn’t even make their top 50 views.

But wait: The Federal Bureau of Investigation (F.B.I.) say they never investigated.  Hello?
And why make all the hubbub about a memo and that most certainly drive more people like me and probably hundreds or maybe thousands of others to investigate something that may have remained unnoticed.   In other words, in a strange way, the FBI is calling attention to the idea that there is the nothing to the something of a very deliberate and well-defined description of alien spaceships and their occupants:

The file in question is dated March 22, 1950. Guy Hottel, then head of the field office in Washington, D.C. sent a single-page memo, like all memos, to Director J. Edgar Hoover att the Federal Bureau of Investigation Headquarters. It was recorded and indexed in FBI records.  The memo states in no uncertain terms: “three so called flying saucers had been recovered in New Mexico. They were described as being circular in shape with raised centers, approximately 50 feet in diameter. Each one was occupied by three bodies of human shape but only three feet tall, dressed in metallic cloth of a very fine texture. Each body was bandaged in a manner similar to the blackout suits used by speed fliers and test pilots.”

Below is theactual FBI document:

FBI_3_bodies

FBI3craft

So what is happening here?
If we read between the blacked out lines?  I think the FBI is saying: “See that curtain? Pay any attention to the man behind the curtain.”

Although the file was first released in the 1970s, The popularity seems to stem from when it was posted in 2011 as part of the Vault. This unleashed a flood of tabloid headlines about little green men. In an article headlined " 'Aliens exist' say real-life X-Files," the London tabloid The Sun, said the memo appeared to back the claim that extraterrestrials landed in Roswell, New Mexico.

Nevertheless the FBI is upset because millions of people are looking at the memo to confirm what we, the “hoi polloi”, obviously already suspect: The government is choosing to lie, deny and remain secret about what they know about the existence of UFOs and their ET occupants. According to the official FBI historian John Fox, he told CNN news reporter Brian Todd, that the FBI would prefer the American public to look at all the crime documents. The ones that give the grimy details about ‘great’ “work they have done; all the dangers they faced through the years to capture fugitives and solve the nation’s most difficult crimes.” [CNN Brian Todd: http://www.cnn.com/2013/03/28/us/fbi-flying-saucers-memo]

However FBI’s Fox admits however that: "the description here of you know, 50-foot diameter saucers and human-shaped three-foot tall metallic-clothed aliens -- that's unique." But he and CNN are perplexed about why that would be more interesting than their archives about our famous criminals like Al Capone, John Dillinger, Jimmy Hoffa and Machine Gun Kelly….

It seems that both the established media and the FBI don’t get it. They find it hard to believe so many people really want to know the facts about our earthly existence. They prefer us to be more enthused about the proliferation of pseudo-crime and hospital dramas, such as CSI, short Crime Scene Investigation that is forced feed a starving public for truth. In other words, “The ‘truth that is out there’, but we are not going to report it, tell you about it or confirm it in anyway. We are going to divert your attention to grossly overrated Reality shows and the ridiculous Wheel of Fortune…

But the American public in their online searching is telling the government and the media something else; that outer space and the possibility of life on other planets is far more interesting than the every day transgressions domestic Housewives fighting it out over prestige. The public is hunger to learn more about the transgressions of government cover-ups about such events.

And what is strange as well: The agency, won’t dismiss the Hottle memo as a hoax, either, according to FBI historian John Fox. Apparently, a tall tale with similar details was making the rounds at the time.  But the FBI says it has no proof the matter was a hoax.

The FBI’ Vault tells us:
“So what’s the real story?
A few facts to keep in mind: First, the Hottel memo isn’t new. It was first released publicly in the late 1970s and had been posted on the FBI website for several years prior to the launch of the Vault.  Second, the Hottel memo is dated nearly three years after the infamous events in Roswell in July 1947. There is no reason to believe the two are connected. The FBI file on Roswell (another popular page) is posted elsewhere on the Vault. Third, as noted in an earlier story, the FBI has only occasionally been involved in investigating reports of UFOs and extraterrestrials. For a few years after the Roswell incident, Director Hoover did order his agents—at the request of the Air Force—to verify any UFO sightings. That practice ended in July 1950, four months after the Hottel memo, suggesting that our Washington Field Office didn’t think enough of that flying saucer story to look into it.

Finally, the Hottel memo does not prove the existence of UFOs; it is simply a second- or third-hand claim that we never investigated. Some people believe the memo repeats a hoax that was circulating at that time, but the Bureau’s files have no information to verify that theory.

Sorry, no smoking gun on UFOs. The mystery remains…” http://www.fbi.gov/news/stories/2013/march/ufos-and-the-guy-hottel-memo/ufos-and-the-guy-hottel-memo

The so-called “never investigated”second- or third hand claim actually lead to the arrest of a “so-called” ‘con man’, Silas Newton. Newton is said to have fabricated a UFO crash hoax as part of a scam. Newton was arrested in 1952 and convicted of fraud in connection with the UFO hoax.[ii] Strange words: convicted of fraud about claiming to see a UFO? HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE convicted because they claim to have seen a UFO? More specifically: How do you arrest somebody, if there was no investigation? Something is not adding up. And the FBI certainly isn’t going to tell us…

Hello FBI and CNN: Yes UFOs are of real interest to the truth starved public. And they don’t mind digging for it in online government files, if they have to… Actually digging for it, might be the subtle strategy secret black projects have to manipulate the public   with their own ideas about UFOs and aliens…. More on that later….  Yes we want the whole truth and not in marked up blacked-out censored files we are allowed to see.

On other side of the paradigm are the paid off science loving debunkers like MSN and Discovery News, who are very attached to the universe being just the way we have been told it is; like the way the Roman Catholic church was attached to a geocentric universe before Galileo. Discovery News writes:

“You might think that the FBI would do a better job of making sure that anyone in the office wouldn’t have access to a document admitting that they are hiding three crashed saucers and nine alien bodies. The memo has also been known about since the 1970s.

Second, Roswell is not mentioned anywhere in the memo. It merely says the saucers were “recovered in New Mexico.” Since the alleged saucer crash in Roswell, New Mexico, is the most famous in the world, it’s easy to assume that it’s referring to that incident. However, none of the Roswell eyewitnesses described anything like what’s in the memo."
http://news.discovery.com/space/secret-fbi-file-exposes-roswell-ufoor-not-110412.htm

Roswell
Earth to Discovery, hello? Which eyewitnesses at Roswell are you referring to? And Discovery, are you are saying that since the memo does not specially refer to Roswell we should ignore it? Hello Discovery, what planet are you on?

CNN reports a new comment posted this week by the FBI says that since this memo was dated three years after the supposed Roswell landing, "there is no reason to believe the two are connected." Except if you look at the FBI Roswell memo… The Vault also discloses the Roswell document which states that they have found a ship in the desert of New Mexico.
Roswell-Headlines

Digging deeper into the FBI Vault I discovered the rather significant FBI’s first Roswell Memo, dated July 8th, 1947

Here is a neater  transcription of the files with the words or names blacked out to be unreadable (for Nationally security reasons, of course):

Again the Federal Bureau of Investigation fails to investigate.   And if you read through the Vault files they say this a lot… Lets take another direct FBI memo on a similar subject ESP. The FBI’s The Vault report on Extra-Sensory Perception says:

ESP is considered a perception of information about events beyond what may be discerned through the five physical senses or deduced from past experience or knowledge. This release consists of cross references to ESP found in FBI files from 1957 to 1960. Several of the documents concern William Foos, a proponent of ESP. Others concern claims that ESP could be used in espionage investigations. The FBI found no scientific support for this or other claims and did not pursue the matters raised in these references.

I repeat: they say they found “no specific scientific support for this and other claims”. Meanwhile a whole other branch of the government, the CIA was supporting ESP research at the Stanford Research institute (SRI) for over 20 years in their remote viewing program, headed by Hal Puthoff and Russell Targ.   So what are we to think when one branch of government denies “no scientific support” for this claim, while another branch fully funds ESP research and espionage. Could one hand not know what the other is doing”?  Or is the government a collective of highly specialized offices each with their own agendas. Or is there a deliberate plot to – both at the same time affirm and deny publicly what is really going on?

Air Force vs. FBI
Well there is certainly much more the government is withholding “than are dreamt of in our everyday human philosophy, Horatio.  Originally the Air Force was in charge of all UFO investigations. But how much did the Air Force tell the FBI, when the craft from the New Mexico desert was taken to Wright Air Force base in 1947. It appears not much, as we shall see…

We can see from the FBI files themselves that they were kept in the dark concerning UFO matters. In another fascinating file from the Vault, under their paranormal section, is about Project Blue Book. Blue Book was a series of systematic studies of unidentified flying objects (UFOs) conducted by the United States Air Force. It started in 1952, but was a revival of two earlier UFO studies: Project Sign and Project Grudge. A termination order was given for Blue Book in December 1969, and all activity under its auspices ceased in January 1970.

Did it really take the Air Force 17 years to confirm as they say: “UFOs posed any threat to the United State.”  However for some reason Project Blue Book was reinstated in 1989 with the following letter in the FBI’s files. The letter seems to have been written by some top government insider, whose name has been strategically blacked-out in the document. It is directly addresses and is responded to by then head of the FBI, William Sessions. This is a transcription from the bottom paragraph of page 9 of FBI’s Project Blue book File. The bold type is mine to make a point:

“While Director of the F.B.I. , Mr J. Edgar Hoover (whose personnel reported some of the sighting themselves and who were otherwise, brought in to some of the cases) repeatedly asked the Air Force for complete information about the UFO’s – to no avail, They (the Air Force) would not release certain case reports to Mr. Hoover. Even with the present F.O.I mostly sanitized versions/copies are received and information requested completely black-out.

Then the insider reveals just how powerful the secret government is, spilling the beans…. This is what everyone in government and those that deny any sort of cover up should read. Again from the FBI’s own online files:

Barry_Goldwater_photo1962 Senator Barry Goldwater (ran for US Presidency against Lyndon Johnson in 1964)
“While Chairman of the Senate Committee on Science Senator Barry Goldwater asked for information and was told he was not on a “need to know” basis. This request, of Goldwater, had to do with an initial announcement from the Air Force that a “saucer” had crashed and that alien bodies were (at the point in time) located in a hanger or other building, at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, at Dayton, Ohio. Senator Goldwater was refused any information in this matter, along wit- not being allowed to personally look inside of the alleged building.
[Next paragraph of document]

Before taking office as President, Jimmy Carter announced to the public that, if elected, he would give the American people the Government’s information about UFO’s This did not happen, and Mr. Carter was given a complete run-around – and I could tell you more about this, because I was contacted by the Pentagon on the matter.

Then there is huge blackout section, where this insider gives us his credentials, which we will now never know…
The Jimmy Carter’s case is one thing, because he saw a UFO before becoming president. But the established conservative Republican Barry Goldwater, who ran for President against Lyndon Johnson in 1964, is another thing. From Wiki: On March 28, 1975, Senator Goldwater wrote to Mr.Shlomo Arnon of the UCLA Experimental College Los Angeles, California

"The subject of UFOs has interested me for some long time. About ten or twelve years ago I made an effort to find out what was in the building at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base where the information has been stored that has been collected by the Air Force, and I was understandably denied this request. It is still classified above Top Secret."[77]

Goldwater further wrote that there were rumors the evidence would be released, and that he was "just as anxious to see this material as you are, and I hope we will not have to wait much longer."[77]

The April 25, 1988, issue of The New Yorker carried an interview where Goldwater said he repeatedly asked his friend, Gen. Curtis LeMay, if there was any truth to the rumors that UFO evidence was stored in a secret room at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, and if he (Goldwater) might have access to the room. According to Goldwater, an angry LeMay gave him "holy hell" and said, "Not only can't you get into it but don't you ever mention it to me again."

In a 1988 interview on Larry King's radio show, Goldwater was asked if he thought the U.S. Government was withholding UFO evidence; he replied "Yes, I do. I certainly believe in aliens in space. They may not look like us, but I have very strong feelings that they have advanced beyond our mental capabilities.... I think some highly secret government UFO investigations are going on that we don't know about – and probably never will unless the Air Force discloses them.”

 The Questions:
So what’s the truth about UFOs and the little green (or rather grey) beings that fly around in them?
Is our shadowy government actually preparing the public with a slow dripping leak in the FBI’s online Vault and other places?
Has disclose actually begun?
Is it strange that the official FBI historian John Fox is not denying or affirming the reality of finding 3 UFOs and 9 alien bodies in the desert’s of New Mexico?
Is this all part and parcel of the well-devised smoking gun?

Are “They” hoping the idea of UFOs/ETs will eventually wash through the incredulous public until it is generally accepted. Or do “They” think only when the media experts come on the tube and says: “I told you so” will we accept what many suspect. ” Well I am telling you way before any converted news correspondent stops smirking and lets their jaw hang open…    Starting April 29th there will be a series of hearings in Washington DC, at the National Press Club about pressuring the Federal government to “disclose” what they know about UFOs. http://www.citizenhearing.org

It appears there is a large and growing movement of grass roots organizations that want the government to come clean about their secret files on UFO and publicly announce that UFOs and space aliens really do exist. This is proposal is what has been formally called by UFOlogists “Disclosure.” The political arm of UFO Disclose movement is headed by Steven Basset with his Paradigm Research Group who officially defines Disclosure as:
“Formal acknowledgment by the world’s governments of a non-human, extraterrestrials intelligence engaging the human race.” Basset wants Obama to go on television and say something like: “ Guess what America? We have company.” Bassett’s lobbying team has dedicated years to pushing for some type of official release of even more secret information that what The Vault has allowed us to see. What Basset calls ‘lifting the truth embargo”.

Others like Richard Dolan in his co-authored book, A.D. After Diclsoure says that Disclosure will not come from high government sources like the President, but from some rather an inadvertent link.  Well didn’t the FBI just do that in1950 when the memo in question was written; or was it 1970 when the files were released publicly; or was it 1989 in their denial of the Blue Book’s real findings. Or was it last month, when they admitted again and drew attention to the idea that there is an FBI document about a recovered 3 alien flying saucers. --- And guess what America? There are ETs inside those ships, and they look somewhat humanoid, but not completely.

In the late 1800’s Arthur Schopenhauer laid out the scenerio that truth could be revealed to a dogmatized society.
He said: “All truth passes through three stages.
First, it is ridiculed.
Second, it is violently opposed.
Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.”

Therefore, I, and a few others, say that “Disclosure” has already begun. It is the slow brewing process of spokespeople and covert elements with our government tipping their hand. It appears to be a definitely deliberate and well thought out plan to get the public acclimated to the idea that we are not alone.”  Why must we be inundated by UFOs reports every few months or years: Have them flair up in the news and then forgotten? Why must the truth be such a painfully laborious process?

Well it turns out, that is how we appear to be geared to evolve. This key element to a soft Disclosure was suggested by Michael Zimmerman in regards to this approach. He states the obvious unobvious: "Anthropologists in the 19th and early 20th centuries learned that it was a very bad thing to show up in a primitive society bringing all of our own technology, because what would happen, typically, to these societies… was a collapse of their tribal worldview and a disintegration of personality on the part of many, leading too often to alcoholism and drug abuse. Most individuals really can't make such a sudden cultural transition. Maybe the second or third generation can get it together, but the transitional moment is very difficult… Hope for a paradigm shift… must be tempered with recognition that such shifts are dangerous and often violent, even though at times inevitable."

So how do we approach an ignorant, close-minded, paranoid, gun-wheeled, juvenile population of Earthlings? By using an almost imperceptible level of smoke. A low boil approach is how they cook frogs without the frogs leaping out of the pot.  The well-versed UFO investigator Grant Cameron says:
“If the government wanted UFO disclosure they would just go to the New York Times or the Washington Post with the evidence. This they have not done. If they wanted the UFO story to go away they would just shut up and quit dumping stories into the UFO community. This they have not done this either. It would appear that they are doing something in between.

Consequently my thought is that the psychology of an “official” Disclosure and the essential transition of a worldview for the entire planetary population is tricky business. The truth must be denied, then affirmed and then denied, in order to confound the public enough to make up their own mind…  It is only in confusion that clarity comes, as stated in the Gnostic treatise of the Gospel of Thomas: Let those who He who seeks, let him not cease seeking until he finds; and when he finds he will be troubled, and when he is troubled he will be amazed, and he will reign over the All.

In other words, finding our own truth, is the only thing that qualifies as truth. Clarity does not come when someone tells us what is true or not true. We simply give them power over our thoughts and beliefs. What is more important is finding out ourselves what we think and understand. This way we know for sure what is reality and that shifts us collectively… This way we will never doubt our own awareness of a situation when we draw our own conclusions. But when we are given “the truth”, (a truth), we don't grow or learn… A sharper clarity comes as a result of making our own decision about reality.  Humans are here to grow learn and expand what we know. Our striving and the seeking makes us strong, sure, determined and empowered to true knowledge. And knowledge leads to wisdom so we can remake ourselves in regards to the other…

It is like in a good mystery novel where the reader is much more satisfied, if they put the pieces of the crime together before the protagonist figures it out. In the same way, a well thought out and secretly prepared disclose can shift “the greatest story never told”.   And a truth starved public can shift their awareness before Officialdom says: “Guess What?” And Wallah! -- meaning there you have it.  “It is accepted as being self-evident.”

In other words when a critical mass is reached the fact of the UFO reality will be self evident.  And so with this broad spectrum awareness of  the public will respond with: “What’s the big deal?”. We knew that all along!  Or as the wise words of Emily Dickerson warned us about the truth:

Tell All The Truth ---
Tell all the truth but tell it slant,
Success in circuit lies,
Too bright for our infirm delight
The truth's superb surprise;

As lightning to the children eased
With explanation kind,
The truth must dazzle gradually
Or every man be blind.

-Emily Dickinson (circa 1868)
