How do I make it?
1 Cup Flaxseed oil
4 ½ Medium sized lemons
4 Garlic cloves
2 Lbs of Raw Honey
Method:
Put everything into a blender and mix, peel only two of the lemons before putting them into a blender, add in flaxseed and honey mix again. Keep the mixture in a sealed glass jar.
Have one tablespoon half an hour before every meal. Only use a wooden spoon never metal! Consume at least three times a day.
